Yeah, it is wierd. Because a real spokeman, who know all about the PS3, did not show up on CES. He was probably in the hospital. The guy on CES is hired a couple of days before the CES and he knows nothing about PS3. That is why he can't say anything much about PS3.
I hope that I'm right.

Well Its official my sony 60" LCD just killed my XBOX360 Wasn't much of a fight the LCD kept punching it until 3 of 4 lights turned red and then it went D.O.A. I think anubis some how sabotaged my 360 with all this Sony talk and my LCD took matters into its own hands. well you know the rest.sob.sob. From what MS told me on the phone there seems to be a bug with power supply unofficialy.

I also think the biggest problem is heat, no place for it to go.Ps3 better learn from XBOX.

I already told you many times. Xbox 360 has problems with heat. And you guys dont listen. Now your xbox 360 f*ck up. The only way, that can help you, are Water Cooling System or the link below.

Yeah I heard you the first time ,but at that time I was crusing, short lived. My return box is going to be here tomorrow .If you go to XBO 360 support they have a punch list to try and fix the problem ,but it doesn't work. Ok am ready for the I told you so's

Your xbox 360 is not over yet. The components will die in a month later if you are playing it everyday. And your xbox will be death forever. I think you are better to sell it on Ebay with a cheap price NOW.

NOT. I got a 3 year warranty till 2008 full replacement . I dont care how many times they replace or fix sooner or latter they have to figure it out. Until then I still XBOX1 and P2/ and the dreamcast/and if i get desperate N64.

Then you are lucky. Like other people, they dont buy extended warranty. Because they dont beleive in xbox 360 has problems with CPU and GPU overheat. They will be dead meat. Their xbox 360 will die.

I had same problem with Xbox 1 and P2 both overheated. WE are the guinea pigs arne't we. This is what I get for opening my BIG mouth,oh well it isn't the first time, or the second time, or the the third, a long history of open mouth inserting foot. Its the american way.I gotta crash so I can go make more money so I can go buy another $500 system(Ps3),play it for two months (6 weeks) and then send it back in for repairs. I'm getting pretty good at it.

I can see that you are good at it. But I never have any problem with my Xbox1 and PS2. I only has overheat problems with Xbox 360. Then I sold it cheap for $400. I paid the tax because I own it for 2 weeks.

hmmmmmmm,
they most likely are trying to find ways to incorporate more things into it. maybe, manye not. if they are they are probably struggling as they are still delaying info. if all was going well they would most probably tell everyone.
about the controller, not against the PS3 but i think the PS3 *boomerang* is a very badly ergonomical designed controller.
and with things like controllers ergonomics is FAR more important than any other thing, including the look of the controller.
if it looks good but it feels horrible (and uncomfortable) then its poor. looks don't matter that much.
although a good thing (or BAD if you read till the end) is that when you get fustrated when playing a hard game (or a game on hard setting) when you throw it, it will come right back to you.
*(probably killing you through because you didnt expect it (you do now), and you threw it with an extreme force wanting to break the controller, when actually it will backfire and kill you!, LMFAO.)

Ahh, truthman, did you see the ergonomic show witht he "boomerange" on WIKIPEDIA?
It's suuppose to be more ergonomical than the dual shock, see that, and you will probably have a different oppinion on it.
I know what you are thinking, you are judging it on its looks.
Dont judge a book by its cover. Remember that. You havnt used the controller, so you cant say how ergonomical it really is. I'm using the wikipedia website, for my source. ho knows it may be wrong, but to me it looks right so far.

That is right. TruthMan, you have to use it first before you say it is suck.
Same thing as Xbox 360, if you play games on xbox 360, and you find the xbox 360 has problems with overheat. Then you can say it is suck.
Same thing with PS3, you have not played games on PS3, how do you know PS3 is suck.

why does anyone buy the betabox360? it was in no way ready for release, and no ms is scrambling for addons and repairs that should have been included in the first place.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

you know, if i get a 360 or if i preorder a ps3, im gunna get a long warrenty and when v2 or v3 come out, fry my ps3/360 somehow to get a better one. i know if said thi before, but i think you all should do the same.

full three years .I wrote down serial# to see if they repair or replace ,they have the option. I had one on xbox and used it twice in 1 year.Customer Service is good but so is sony's they repaired my p2 with no warranty.

Well, I tell you now, do not preorder PS3. Because the Sony's spokeman said nothing much about PS3 at the CES. Therefore, I believe PS3 has major problems. You don't want to send your defective PS3 back and forth to Sony like you did for your Xbox 360 with MS.
