hi press dbox button(opens main menu)then go into settingsrite at the bottom of the list it should be extras /advanced menu click on that ,that opens the extra menu scrol down to soft cams and keys just keep pressing ok on the can you want

Codes staying the same so updater turned off ok have tried mgcam and evocam still blank does anyone know if i am using right codes for Coventry as i am using pure ntl codes im sure they are the right ones but as i am a newbie i could be wrong ???

trying to connect via flash fxp
just falshed commander 8 to the dbox
do i have to set a username and password on the dbox for the network setting if so how or what it the default username and password?

I have 2 dbox's one with the sportster image and the other one has commando. The sportster one I managed to change the codes and it works fine I managed to get the channels working again. But how do you change the codes on the commando image. Can any one help?

iv not changed any cams au s nothing all i have done is put the codes in when they go off again i just replace the one in use check it up agaist the orig set then just change it back
dont you think ppl are making to many changes and when its sorted they wont know what they changed nor get it back to way it once was?? just a thought

HUNTROB , HAVE GOT THE SPORTSTER ONE AS WELL GLAD U DUN IT AM STILL TRYING IT WAS WEN I GOT TO NUMBER 10 I GOT STUCK AND STILL TRYING I HOPE U GET THE OTHER WORKING I JUST WISH IT WAS MORE STRAIGHT FORWARD FOR ME BUT I WILL KEEP READING ALL THREADS CAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE DUN IT NOW

use ftp program via computer i cant do the remote thing with the comando image its like its not written in the software ?or its disable some where in the programin of the image ?

I had downloaded a ftp program but I was hoping there might have been a easier way to do it thru the remote but I guess not, so ftp program here I come and hopefully that will work.

what bit you stuck on now ? were abouts you from? what service you in ? when you put new codes in do you un plug the box ? if not do so

just flashed to commando 8 did service scan
tried tuxbox commander/ var/ keys and the folder is empty??????????
WHAT THE F*#K IS GOING ON!!!

Hi, this is how i got my DBOX working -
1 - press the blue button on your DBOX - and go to option 2 Tuxbox commander.
2- then scroll down to the option that says "var" and press ok
3- scroll down to "keys" and press ok
4- scroll down to "keylist.txt and press 4 (to edit)
5- If your like me and are in the Pure NTL area your codes will start like N 5401 00 etc etc, press ok on the 1st key which starts with N 5401 00
6 - Type in this key after 00 - 46896D870724422F
7- press ok to exit then go to the key which starte "N 5401 01"
8 - type in this key after 01 - 9128EFB57B371FED
9 - Press ok to exit then press the button under your power button (under the orange button) and save changes when asked.
After that you need to deactivate your auto update because if you dont the channels will not stay on. So press the blue button again click on sportster then click on emu settings,evocamd and then emu/auto update and deactivate. Then reboot the dbox and hopefully it should work.
