the problem is with your internet connection try removing ur ethernet cable from ur box and your router then plug them back in also make sure your box is connected to the net by pressing menu then 6 then 5 then 1 and make sure your box has aquired an ip address

thanks dan,but you no what i just got it to work.the problem in this image lay in communication setup.what i did was put a green tick in the DHCP and a green tick in the enable network and save, exit out once wait a min or so,go back in remove the green tick from the enable network save and exit back out.animal planet was on tv.BIG THANKYOU to EAMO,PIOPAT,FINTAN,DAN and LENNY.realy cant say enough about you guys out there.that first image must of been corrupt for without the hassel i had on the second image[WHICH I SHOULD OF SPOTTED}it would of worked first time.im going to try that test line now and see what happens.thanks again folks.

well done mate im glad your sorted ,often we do everything correct and unknowingly get a faulty or corrupt image which leads to a lot of hair pulling out time .reswob it may be a good idea to pop an up todate satellite.xml file into the box (as that image is not new so may have some newer frequencies missing )its easy to and doesnt take long .click on this link where you can create your own satellite.xml file in seconds
http://satellites-xml.eu/
all you do is click on all and then enter the security code and click on download and save it on your pc ,then open dream control center and the double click on var and double click on etc (its the same place where cccam.cfg is in the dreambox) you will see 2 boxes (the box on the left has all the files in the box displayed) and the box on the right (has all files in your pc displayed) look in the box on the right for the satellite.xml file you just downloaded and click on it once to highlight it (now look between the two boxes and you will see 2 little arrows ,one pointing left and the other pointing right )click on the arrow pointing left ,the file is now displayed in the box on the left which means its now in the box. exit out of dream control center and do an automatic transponder scan on the box ,and job done you know have all available frequencies and satellites.

dhcp and enable network should be enabled when using a c line ,the router will then give the box an ip address (the router may change it at times but thats normal)so as long as those two are enabled it doesnt really matter what ip it has.

As Pio says you unticked DHCP, C-line needs box set to DHCP & NETWORK enabled in comm setup

is the box connecting to the internet ,press yellow button twice to see if you can access the addons ,is dhcp and enable network both enabled .if the card is now working cccam is not the issue (and i know the image i gave you is working 100%) so if the test line is still active (by the way a test only lasts 24 hours ,is the 24 hours up?)and its not opening channels that really only leaves the internet connection .try what dan said earlier ,switch off and plug out both the box and the router and disconnect the ethernet cable from both box and router ,now reconnect the ethernet cable to both box and router (make sure the ethernet cable is connected properly) now plug in and switch on the box and go to a free channel ,now plug in and switch on the router and wait about 20 seconds and then try a pay channel. if you have done this and can access the addons menu the box is connecting to the internet ,that now leaves the c line (if you typed it in double check you typed and spaced it exactly as you were given it )make sure the # symbol at the start of the line has been deleted. if after this the c line is still not working i can only say its not active ,try getting a free test line from another source.
