Sometimes you will if they are big ones depends if they are paid for or not

thats why i was asking cause wrestlemaina is on sunday night. so i wont know until sunday night? i have been on the channel and the advertising is their like if u go on channel 0 on vm box

Don't know if this is the right thread to be on but here goes. My box lost all channels this morning bar freeview. I've put the software update on in my box but doesn't help would I need to rescan again or any other ideas. Any help or push in the right direction would be much appreciated.

after a firmware update, reset the box, re-scan on the correct net ID, Did you check if it was your modem, did you turn it on and off first and the box on and off first? If there was work going on in your area via the VM maintenance page?

done all that just checked virgin in my area (teesside) You will currently be experiencing problems accessing the My Virgin Media area on our website. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are currently working to fix it fast. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.

All the 780 boxs of all day in liverpool/ and you can not get S/W update it says searching new update. just nowt. must be a server thing. I HOPE
A woman drove me to drink and I never even had the courtesy to thank her.

I done a s/w update yesterday and I was thinking it was this and maybe I shouldn't of updated, hopfully I'm wrong n gets sorted.

Re-scanned and still nothing I'm in Glasgow but there doesn't seem to be any probs up here according to the website suppose I'll just have to sit tight and hope it sorts itself out

Re-scanned and still nothing I'm in Glasgow but there doesn't seem to be any probs up here according to the website suppose I'll just have to sit tight and hope it sorts itself out

Mines not workin aswell... I got a a780 jus a mnth and haf...i m in herts and have chekd few people who have...ol r nt gettin it...hope things go bak to normal...

My box and my brother in laws have been down all day in the Bristol area,tried the software update and rescanned but nowt.

this sort of stuff happens...you only have to look at starview...thats been up and down...and since we rely on internet also to view the channels, to get them de-scrambled i mean....so we're bound to have these faults along the way..just sit tight and hope for the best.
