on the back, there is a black sticker have a close look, peel this off and then you will see the connection, follow the tut in E45 sig for flashing and scanning

hi just got home and put my box on to have a flick through and noticed the 3 of the 4 sport channels werent working. just wondered if anyone could shed some light on this

Yea mine to m8 only skysports 2 working and as been all day also a load of other channels off

alright lads after flashin and scannin a kryptveiw, im missing itv 1 and channel4 there not even on the fav list ,iv done these boxes in the past, and never had it or heard of it before anyone got any tips thanks j

2 dogs fightin ha, yer il try another scan tommorer is ur itv an cannel 4 on ,never seen them go off before

dont worry guys, no need to do reboots and rescans, you'll do more damage. This is a server issue I can guarantee. Coz Sky movies is working and sky sports 2 is also. But I'd wish some senior members like e45 or mickah could find out when this issue is going to be fixed. I've bought a lot of these boxes for friends and relatives and they all ringing me.

also try staying to one thread regarding this problem. As you'll see there is a recent thread, that way getting info is easier.

My network ID is Knowsley 1 my itv and ch 4 are on but others are off only skysports 2 is on
my nephews ID is Liverpool he's itv & ch4 are off plus others hopefully gets sorted ay :)

Yea movies aswell is ok here, cheers m8 hopefully all comes back soon ay

there has been a VM issue the last day or so, chans should start coming back on, turn the router and box off and on, reports of the sports coming back on

that points to localized issue then rob, either the box needs to powerscan or its a provider issue

Ok cheers f tha mickah, I will try a power search over night, see if tha works, if not it's not a prob with it being freeview channels anyway.

just make sure its on the main point coming in, no splitters etc, it will do a powerscan after about 15 to 20 mins on standby, so even leave it on standby for about 35 mins to be sure, but as its missing free chans, something has moved such as the TP of the chan that his box hasnt picked up on
