HOW TO SOFTMOD XBOX EXPLAINED AGAIN FOR LAZY PEOPLE

Hey Guys,
I softmodded my second XBOX following this tutorial:

It installed and evox looks identical to the one shown at the end of this tutorial.
My problem is this. I have some games that stop working during loading sequences (the same place everytime) and tell me the disc is damaged or scratched. It's not the disc, because it works fine on my other softmodded XBOX. Just for reference the games are: Fight Night Round 3, Call of Cthulhu, and 007: Everything or Nothing.
Could the problem be with the version of Evox? If so, I have Slayers AutoInstaller 3.7 and some other AutoInstaller discs, but they say that I shouldn't use them with a softmod. Any idea what I could do to make these games work on the other XBOX? Thanks in advance guys.

I downloaded it and when i went to put in on AR Max it said this is not a valid xbox save.
P.S. Is the the save for 007 AUF?

once i softmod my xbox, is there a way that i can be able to download the xbox g ames and run them off the xbox harddrive? and if so, can someone link me a guide or explain how it is done plz?

VERY sorry about this. I've read EVERYTHING here and I'm still a lil confused.
Ok, so I bought an xbox from my friend for $40. I have an action replay for xbox. And he already has a BUNCH of mechassault saves on his xbox. So am I good to go? What do I have to do now PLEASE? I badly wanna burn xbox games to dvd and play them. :(
Another thing please. I have the dvd thing that goes into the controller port to watch dvds but I don't have the remote to it. Can I just use a universal remote or?
Thanks a TON to whoever can help me. I REALLY appreciate it. :D

OK, I HAVE ONE OF THOSE USB TO XBOX CONTROLLER THINGS, AND IT CAN TAKE MY STANDARD XBOX MEMORY CARD, COULD I USE THE MEMORY CARD, RATHER THAN THE ACTION REPLAY (WHICH I DONT HAVE)?????
AND WHATS YOUR S/N ROMAN, I NEED THAT MECHASSAULT ONE SINCE THOSE LINKS DIDN'T WORK FOR ME.

[img][/img] ok WTF wen i do get linux on my xbox yes but when it says put the game in your using do i put in splinter cell or the game i want to mod with because neither of them tell me to run linux where do i find it>?

I'm new to modding, and i just read the first page on how to softmod (noticed it was postted 2 years ago -.O) anyway, i got Action Replay Max, and M.A, but i need some1 to e-mail the proper linax installer for it, please tell me a website that i can get it on, or e-mail me or something, thanks :)
