are you using swap magic if yes go to www.swapmagicfix.com and if the game is on the list download the requierd patch and patch it

RUGBY LEAGUE 2 has not been COPIED/CRACKED/EATEN/BAKED/FRIED/MICROWAVED/HOOVERED/WASHED
it had/has/still has modchip protection on it,and it will never be cracked,because its old,and no-one is interested in this game anymore

Um... where did you get the idea that swap magic can be backed up? Well technicall, yes you can, but there's no point since you cannot boot it anyway.
As for a modchip, it's a hardware, and technically speaking yes you CAN back it up (e.g. matrix infinity clones), but probably not the way you are thinking

well if this is any consolation u can get it for xbox from torrentleech. Bout time too. Hopefully it will be slightly better then the PS 2 version.

I think he's trying to say that if you have swap magic a back-up of NRL 2 will work and if you have a chip it won't. Or asking, by the looks of it.

Hey, just bringing this thread back into existence because the creators of RL2 have just brought out a new gaame with the same style protection, Melbourne Cup Challenge.
Now it seems as though this problem was never solved for RL2 (except for that STRIKE release, that noone ever seemed to get). Also other sites have said that it's because the game isn't popular enough to get coders to try and crack it.
Do people think that MCC will have greater popularity, and therefore might be cracked???

this is Rugby League 2...it got shutdown once, won't take a lot for this to be closed again..

hehehe, atleast it shows that I do my reasearch before posting...Most people just post new threads before even looking for similar posts...which usually have the answer they need anyway.
The reason why I posted here was because if the two games have this copy protection, and someone can bypass it for one game, then it might work for the other game.
I'd still be interested in getting my backup of Rugby League 2 to work anyway, despite how old it is.
