Also only getting 13 tps should there not be 19tps I scanned from NTell dublin

Hi Folks,
I'm thinking of getting a Dreambox 500t from DVBseller.com. Does anyone know if these are the genuine article or are they chinese mock ups?
Also are they easy to set up for Ch??r>> MMDS?

No such thing as 500 dreambox origanal mate, not produced in nearly two years, all 500 series dreamboxs are clones, but work fine i have to add!
Get out of that garden!

hi thanks to hadman the image works just load with dreamup and press no to flash erase thats it dreambox start by itself well done ciao eire79(celbridge)

Hi guys,
I just got the a new DM 500c and was hoping someone will give me a heads up on the first thing to do in order get get the Box up and running b4 morrows EPL start.
N/B - I have not downloaded or installed any thing yet.

No that image contains the hypercam so all you need to do is flash it.

hi all ok I flashed the image to me box no probs, done me bristol tw area and scanned the channels in, just getting a black screen resest the hypercam but nothing still a black screen any help????? cheers :)

hey me again I have the free channels but when i put sly spor*s on it stays blank, ive left it for a while and changed channel but nothing still blank anyone know what im doing wrong?

hi ive a dream box it only worked for 1 day can any one tell me in basic english how i can get it working its really only for the kids a geimi image comes up when its turned on so can anyone help me its doing my head in thanks im livin in ireland

hi yes done a brute force scan and still blank weird? how long do i leave it before changing channels? I can bbc and itv etc no probs just the locked channels

i am in dublin 10 and would happily help you get your box sorted. Just let me know where you are. we could do it by msn messenger or telephone if you have a null modem cable.

when you flashed you did choose NO to perform flash erase?
after the bruteforce scan you simply tune to sly sp0rts 1 and wait 2 minutes or so then when you change channel its fine.
dunno what else it could be. the cam is starting up for you right? (hypercam 1_06)
try pressing blue
tuxbox commander
var
bin
hypercam 1_06
press RED (for ok)
press red one more time to be sure
press exit
press exit again
press red (for yes)
press exit
sune to sly sp0rts 1
wait 2 mins
change channel
good luck

hmmm still strange its like i cant get it to unlock, ive had no problems before is cgscott still around he helped me last time, unless anyone can pm with there msn cus im losing my hair over this one thanks for your help though guys i do appreciate it
