If you are having problems with just those channels, then do a Manual scan on the frequency that they are broadcast, that will sort it.
NO: The problem is that those 2 channels' signal strength is down to 2-3% only; Any ideas?

Just try this okay. whilst on affected channel press the INFO button twice and note the frequency and then Menu and across to Installation, choose User Installation OK and enter pin 0000, now highlight that frequency with the up down arrow keys, when highlighted Press OK and a tick will appear in the lefthand side in CHAN NUM, now press BLUE button to scan on that frequency, and just wait, the screen will go blank for a minute or so and then when it returns on screen the channels found will drop in. Then exit out when it has finished and check the channels Okay

Yeh, have done all that: the problem is that the SIGNAL STRENGTH on 323, 117 is RED, down to 8%, so not picking up the channel on manual scan; My other, original VM box shows the "Virgin 1" channel, so I'm wondering if VM have changed the Frequency/Transponder on which they are now transmitting some of the channels which were on 117/323, and have reduced the signal on 117/323. All other channels are fine, with signal strengths 82-83%, it's only 117/323 which have gone down.

Eurovox EV5000 PVR;
I've just checked my original VM Pace box (which was showing Virgin 1 when the Ev wasn't), and now the Pace is also saying that Virgin 1 is unavailable at present, so I suspect there must be a signal problem from VM; Perhaps their original Pace box was able to pick up a low signal whilst the EV wasn't, and now both boxes don't pick up these particular channels!!!

It's possibly an area problem with a TP, but have you checked under nondescript TV numbered channels to make sure that you have not got them anywhere else, also in this part of the country they are both broadcast on the same frequency, V1 and V1+1.

You manually inputted the codes a few months ago, you didn't flash your box by the sounds of it.

If you buy the cables/Hardware required we will help you get things sorted but we cant discuss codes in here.

Come back when you have bought what you need as per page 1.
