you be hard pressed to get an answer but you can wait and see i will just leave it at that and see how many more answers we get on here about it

to be honest... they are a nightmare. some with poor tuners...causing break-up and glitching...test by watching bbc itv etc.
some even not connecting to server to clear....yet ok to update software!!!!????
lots of channels missing ...on..off....etc
the importer has had thousands and thousands fly threw the door last wk.
this this has caused a big crash in the server?
im more worried that we spent out and that soon gone like a ghost...think, we cant trace or complain..no refunds as its a fta box!
also check on other sites about what nds are up to....they found a way to find cards on server....no joke.

If that is the case why was all channels not off if it was a server issue, all channels are nearly complete now, there is prob 3/4 missing so if all the rest are working now where is the server issue. ??
Also the xxx channels are back, the £5.00 per night xxx will NOT return only subbed ones will.

Glitching can be down to bad cable signal to low or defo if signal to high if you dont have a sub and are using split broadband feed or if you are using a slpit feed to feed other boxes or other tv apart from that i dont see anyone having problems

your signal is far to high 88% 75 /80% is perfect i suggest you put an atunuator on your cable to bring it down that is why you are having the freezing etc
after a bit of info off you e45 about attenuator if thats ok,got nearly all channels working well, just a few missing but them not important to me,got two a780's in two rooms,(no sub), splitter going to two box's, would you put attenuator before splitter or after splitter, one to each box?,reason i ask is some channels showing 82 /86, but still working, regards tommy

after you split it to two rooms your signal might drop so wait till you try the boxes first then see what the signal is then if they are working fine leave well enough alone

If you physically missing channels from the EPG then its down to an incorrect scan Either you've used the wrong NetId or signals on certain of your transducers are either too weak or possibly even too strong to be received correctly You may need to scan connected directly to the feed (no splitters) to maximise your signal or possibly add attenuators if your signal is too strong. Unfortunately the symptoms are similar for too weak and too strong so you need to sort this problem for yourself.
btw, VM do move channels around especially once an area drops the N1 stream so a complete factory rescan is sometimes necessary Also DONT assume your area is still on the same NetId as it used to be Quite a few areas moved NetId locations when they went to N3 !!!
subbed box : go into engineers menu = hold down UP+DOWN when powering on

Gained some and lost some .Had Q back yesterday but that has gone racing is back on Gold came back but has gone again.
Leeds area...
