As a matter of fact I'm the person who has done a lot of research about this company.. down to checking that they are a registered business (which they didn't seem to be).

Remember the links to all the consumer advice TV and local trading standards? Me again..

If you have an outstanding complaint against the company I suggest you take it up with Breckland Trading Standards (address and website posted earlier)

I have followed this thread since Gwen first posted it, being a UK business owner selling my services online.

Now all I have seen you do here is bash somebody who was reporting actually receiving the goods.. delayed but they arrived. You do need to be careful.. unless you are directly involved.. i.e.. a customer who has been ripped off, had shoddy goods or items which are not as advertised, or have researched on behalf of others and have findings (or lack of) to report any opinions you may have from what you read can only be YOUR personal opinion..
The thread needs clarifying.. Happy customers will not generally research a business.. they will have no cause to do so and will continue to do business happily with them.. It's only the upset ones who post on places like this.. so without knowing the numbers of total sales Phix are making, the number of complaints about non-received items or returns for refund.. we are in no position to judge the overall performance of the company.
I would far rather try to help unhappy people with info about the UK trading laws (buyer beware) and prod Phix to resolve the outstanding complaints and improve the service than just bash them for what may be 0.01% of their total orders.

Mail order selling is notorious for items going astray.. In some cases it is dishonest customers themselves who claim to not receive an item when it arrived on time.. looking for a full refund and the goods.. I have had that one done to me on many occasions.. in one case the liar even listed the item for sale on ebay 4 days after forcing pay-pal to give a full refund.

There you have it.. they need to shake their act up..ebay need to take complaints about traders more seriously.. and you need to understand that just bashing a business (unless you are directly involved) can backfire. In the UK companies have recourse to equivalent slander and libel laws as individuals.

Toolhaus.org is a great way to find out all the negative, neutral, and mutually withdrawn feedback. As you can see by the way they operate, they will even give you a NPB to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes.

I wasn't bashing the person with my comment either. My attempt at humor must have been misconstrued.

Pair in court over eBay fraud case
By Staff Reporter

TWO people from Farnworth appeared before Bolton Magistrates yesterday, charged with conspiracy to commit fraud.

Jason Hart, aged 32, of Moorside Avenue, and Louise Gregory, aged 26, of Victoria Street, are alleged to have together committed fraud by advertising goods on the internet auction site eBay without having the items to sell.

The charges relate to a period between August 28, 2006, and March, 2007.

Hart was remanded in custody. Co-accused Gregory was released on bail, on condition that she surrendered her passport and have no contact, direct or indirect, with Hart.

Both will reappear before Bolton Magistrates on May 2.

No need to worry yet. If it gets to 14 days still in the queue you might send them an email asking for a status update.

If they really are full of shit, and do end up to be scammers (hope they're not), that sucks because they actually have some sweet clothes.

So I discovered Phixclothing beacause I needed a Libertines merch :D . Visiting the web site I've seen a jacket who I would like order and when I saw all the customers dissatisfied I doubt ~~.
There is really no customers satisfied?
By what are the ones who are least satisfied are the most heard.
I would to know if it is better to order through the web site or ebay (this is the first time I buy something on the Internet xD)
Thanks :DDD

Finaly I hope you understand my XD

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!

I bought 3 items from them in september, yet i only recieved one. Been trying to solve it with them ever since. Two weeks they finally decided they would check with the royal mail asap and that they would get back to me. Still nothing has been done and they've made no effort whatsoever to try to help me.

I bought from here last month and my order was pending and i asked why they said they would get back to me and they said they were waiting an order and they would get back to me and they said they got the order but it wasnt available in my size so what did i want to do. they kept avoiding the question of have you taken my money and i said i wanted a refund if its not available in my size and i have heard nothing since. ive opened a paypal dispute but means i will probably have to wait over a month to get my money back. is there anything we do to report this company?

Folks, quick question.

I've had a peek at this thread in the aftermath of buying a £70 jacket from this shower, and it's the same story as with the vast majority of you. Problem being, I'm an utter Luddite when it comes to computers, I can turn it on and that's about the height of it /o\.

So a quick query, when it comes to opening a dispute against Phix Clothing, where do I find the transaction number from Paypal. I didn't actually pay for the item via a Paypal account, which I've only set up this evening, rather it was through the link to the Paypal site provided by Phix Clothing. How do I go about finding the Transaction ID required to set up a dispute? All I can find at the moment is the reciept number provided by Paypal in my inbox. Any help with this people?

Many thanks
