what wholesale sources does phix use their clothes are so cool i want to sell them too i've been all over looking for their types of sources but they're either incomplete with their products and low quality i have one sorce but i can't find what i'm looking for i know sohos has wholesale and AY&P but they just drop the price $5 from retail

to make it publicly aware,
i have not received a reply to my last email to caroline asking for a address to send my jacket back too...because the jacket was far too big (for what was labled a small)
ive sent this email to her today..
i expect a reply soon
"i spoke to you a while ago asking if i can return the jacket you sent me because it is too big.
you said that was fine but have not replyed to my previous email when i asked for the address i should send it too
as well as this what assurences do i have i will receive my jacket since it took you a year to send my last one.

A little update from my case, today I recieved an answer from "Caroline".
And she said that "royal mail have been on strike since Thursday" and that they will send my jacket today. Is this true or do they tell everybody this?

You just keep going on and on and seem to feed and get a kick out of another dissatisfied customer.
Like I have said to you before it is pretty hard to guarantee that every item arrives. We send items all over the world so things can get lost. When you type in Phix Clothing on google this thread comes up 2nd so it is pretty hard for a customer who has had a delay not to find this thread and panic....... For example Osari a few days ago
YES we did have a problem around a year ago but just let people contact our telephone number.
I have said this before too. ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE PROTECTED BY PAYPAL SELLER PROTECTION SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO KEEP SOMEONES MONEY WITHOUT SENDING THEIR ORDER!

wow,and i was going to start a thread about not being able to get joost to work.then i saw this thread,and over the last little while read every friggin post.bottom line here is these people,if you can call them that,are total frauds.if anyone was apprehensive about ordering anything from them before they should be downright afraid now.the only A i will give them is their remarkable ability to think up new excuses for obvious criminal behaviour.i think i will start my other thread now.lol

Yeeah Right! Just blame the strike and the postalworkers. My package was sent the 25:th september and the strike started the 4:th of october. No ID, no nothing on the package. It's really easy to blame someone else for the responibility.
What I can read on this forum, is that I am not the only angry customer who has ordered clothing from Phix.
I've sent two mail to Caroline and Adam. Asked about repayment or if they wanna send a new package to me. No answer?
Is this the easiest way to get a contact with Phix. They don't answer my mails but they have the time to check on this forum.

I personally packed your order and took it to the post office. I remember it being sent 25th September.
There has been postage strikes which could delay things. I would like to reassure you that the problems we once had are no longer present and we make sure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

Read this post i consider it very important especially if your weary you have been scammed or being scammed
Its been awhile since i posted something so here i am
Phix Clothing has Finally given me what i wanted!
Having spent a year trying to get my jacket, going to police, trading standerds and threatening to take them to the small claims court *regardless that it would have cost more on my part*
and also DESPITE the fact that the first jacket they sent me was a small and could have fit me +1 in I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A EXTRA SMALL JAKCET THAT FITS AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE P+P AGAIN *which they wanted me to*
The point im trying to get at is this.
Phix Clothing may have buggered up everything, and yes they may still be getting it wrong and swinderling *honestly caroline that much stuff and items dont get lost in mail thats just silly* BUT AT LEAST YOU CAN NOW GET SOMEWHERE
im gunna stop receiving this thread,as it becomes almost depressing, but everyone who gets screwed by these people should know this. DONT GIVE UP, it sounds corny it does sound extreamly gay too, but its the truth, i could have gone and left it a year ago but now i have my coat which im happy bout as at least i didnt get nothing from it all..

Three weeks ago I ordered a jacket at the Phix Clothing online shop.
Two weeks ago I transfered the money to Phix CLothing's bank account and since then i get no response to my Emails :(
What can I do to make them answer me?
