Kasmember Im not sure exactly what your trying to do but please just for a minute, forget about CNF files and base directories, Go to page two and read my posts, You go to the link I have supplied and click either PAL or NTSC, Extract the contents of your download, You get a bin and a cue. Open DVD Decrypter and select iso write, Browse for the bin, Burn it to a CD. Yes DVD Decrypter will let you burn a bin file to a CD. Thats all you have to do.
I will not explain this again.

I tried the method you posted by burning the image to a CD but it wouldn't read on the PS2...or it did not work.

Works fine for me, Ive done both PAL and NTSC to test it, no probs.
What are you using to boot the CD? and do your other CD backups boot and play ok?

Note: The first time I tried to burn this, I used cloneCD (write from image file) and it failed to boot. Use DVD Decrypter, it worked for me.

I kept trying it and eventually it came up with the PLAYSTATION screen but then froze on that.
Is that screen meant to come up?

I will try DVD Decryptor. Thanks.

No after you swap out your disc and hit X you should get the ulaunchelf screen. At the top it will say "ulaunchelf failed to launch" dont worry about that, just hit 0 to enter the file browser, bingo your in. To use sms player browse to CDR:/ and hit 0 then select sms player. To enter your USB device browse to mass:/ and hit 0.
If your booting with a modchip then I guess yeah you'd get the playstation logo first, dont really know. Just make sure your ps2 still actually boots CDR's because they can be hard to boot if your laser is half dead.
Let me know how you get on with DVD Decrypter.

treven21, I have a question. Did you buy any Swpam magic CD or DVD ? or did you put boot your PS2 using NTSC or PAL cd image as explained in my earlier post.

Please help me , I am very new in the game world but want to load saved games from PC to PS2 memory card.

Thanks for your help in advance.
