I recently bought a new computer and I've been having a really hard time using DVd Shrink with it.
I've been using DVD Fab, but the problem with DVD fab is that it doesn't let me reauthor a DVd the same way DVD Shrink is able to.
When I use the "customize" option on DVDFab, it only allows files from one folder, unlike Shrink, which allows you to combine files from many different folders.

With Shrink, I was able to burn movie trailers from different folders and make a DVd without any issues. (Kind of like a mixed tape but with trailers, I guess).

Does anyone know if there's a way to use DVD Fab in the same way? Also, is there a program out there with the same reauthoring options that Shrink has?
Thanks a lot!

Thank you and sorry for the trouble!

Thank you! Is there a free program similar to DVD Shrink that might do the job?
Thanks again!

Rip the movie with DVDFab and then reauthor with Shrink. Or use DVDFab Passkey in the background and reauthor with Shrink.

Sorry for the confusion, guys!
I was actually talking about burning both, bluray and DVDs.
Like I said, my new computer seems to be having a lot of trouble dealing with Shrink, that's why I was wondering if there was a newer program that could handle both formats, Sd and HD.
I have not done a lot stuff with bluray, but eventually I will, so it'd be awesome if whatever software I use to reauthor DVDs can also handle blurays.

By the way, what's DVDFab Passkey? I have DVD Fab but I am not familiar with passkey.
Thanks for all your help!

It's similar to AnyDVD, just check their homepage. And DVDFab IS the one-click solution also for Blu-rays. However, any feature extending the ripping process costs money.

DVD Shrink will not handle BD movies. In fact as far as I know the only way to burn a BD is to do it movie only. I don't think there is a program that has been made to work with BD Structure. You can read up about it here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/283

As far as re-authoring a SD, I consider DVD Shrink a little weak. I use to use VobBlanker, and DVD Srhink, but still had issues with certain things. Sometimes paying for a program is the only way to get what you really want in your finished product.

Thanks for the info scorpNZ! I'll try another BD through AnyDVD HD and see if it allows for that. I knew that I could rip it, but I didn't know it would go farther than that in the structure of the file and deal with the menu's.

I was wondering the same thing at first, but then I had a look at the slysoft site. CloneDVD2 doesn't support BD! That is okay, hopefully the new feature will advance if it doesn't work correctly. Only time will tell! I'm going to give it a shot and see what I come up with!
