Latest Nero version with Recode?

I can't find where Nero 10 Multimedia Suite has Nero Recode. Is there another part of it that will do the same job? If not, what is the latest version of Nero that includes Recode?
Also, I know everybody is pimping ImgBurn.... Will it do the same job that Recode does?

IMGBurn burns .iso files, it won't do any editing to the structure or compression of the DVD though. Recode is supposedly still included though so have a look at some applications you don't recognise in case they've changed things around.

From what I can tell, Recode is only available if you buy a multi-user corporate license, which is $200 and up. See below:

got it on nero 8.didnt cost 200 bucks either.

all kinds of opinions one way or another about nero 8 out there.ive used it for years now and have had no problems.i beleive 9 has recode too.
