I'm at my wits end with this program and as much as I like it I'm about to swear off Nero products for good.Let me begin,I cleaned up my c drive and wanted to move my nero program to my d drive to free up some space on the c drive. So I did the windows uninstall and dragged the folder with the nero programs over to the d drive and reinstalled it. When I went to burn a cd to mp3 with the power pack lame encoder I got the message that I needed to registar my ser number. So I tried that and got the usual I will get the code in a few days. Now two weeks later and still no code to unblock my encoder. I had uninstalled and reinstalled at leat four times and the picture I had as a background would still be there and the ser number already entered sometimes, sometimes not. I just finished with the nero clean tool and at least the background pic is no longer there, but I still cant use the power pack lame encoder.I get the same I have to register the number and when I do I get the message that the number is already registered. The only thing I havent done is format my c drive. In the nero clean tool it asks if i want to delete my serial number and plug in code and if I do I will not be able to re-enter then?? What in the bloddy heck? I have my serial number wrote down, why wouldn't I be able to reuse it?I have uninstalled and reinstalled this program several before times and I have never ran into this. I really like this version of nero so any ideas before I swear off nero for good would be a great help.
