I've just purchased Nero 9 reloaded online and can't get it to run. I'm running Windows 7 Professional, and had tech support send me the following information, which I've done 3 times. What am I missing? How can i verify that the MSXML 4.2 SP2 has been effective? When I try to do the Security patch update, I get an error that it can't find the log. Someone help!!!!

The problem is caused by a faulty installation of the MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services) on your system.

We verified your cab file and there's no MSXML 4.0 installed on your computer. Would you please install these services. You can download them here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...&displaylang=en

There is a security patch available for these services. It is highly recommend that you install this security patch. You can download it here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...&DisplayLang=en

After that please try to uninstall all Nero applications first and then reinstall the latest Nero 9 version.

Download and install the latest Nero 9 version from our website using the following link:
http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-nero9-update.php
Save this file to your desktop.
Double-click the downloaded Nero 9 installation file to start the installation.
Enter your Nero 9 serial number during the installation to make your Nero into a permanent version.
(The download without a serial number is a trial version only).
-> You now have a newly installed version of Nero 9 on your computer.
