NERO & opening a compilation

Ive got a strange thing happening using Nero 9

I created a compilation with a bunch of pictures. Burned the compilation to a DVD.
Saved the compilation to my hard-drive.
So far so good.
Then I added a few folders with pictures to my HD.
And reopened the compilation-file in Nero.
Strangely it reports that a number of files cannot longer be found:

30 files(s) of your compilation could not be found.
Would you like to remove these files from your compilation?

Which is weird: I only added files (and a folder) to that particular folder.

So which files couldnt be found anymore?

And yes: im pretty, pretty, pretty sure I didnt delete any file noted in that compilation (or it must be hidden file(s) I dont know about)

Any ideas?
