NERO Showtime won't play WMV files

Hi

I use Nero Showtime and recently lost the ability to play WMV files on it. If I choose a WMV file to play on NERO Showtime it displays a white screen. If I choose an MPG it plays both picture and audio. However, if I choose to view a MPG after trying to view an WMV I get the white screen but with audio. Am I missing a CODEC? Or was my NERO showtime never able to play WMV?
