Nero Vision Express overwrote my Data DVD instead of adding to it

Hi - I know I should have been more careful but I popped my data DVD-RW into my drive, launched Nero StartSmart (I have Nero 7 Premium), told it I wanted to do a Data DVD and expected it to launch the correct application for ADDING more data to the dvd-rw. It refreshed the existing compilation and let me select the files to add and burn them.

Now when I put the DVD-RW in, it says there's nothing on it so I think what happened is that StartSmart launched Nero Express instead of Nero Burning Rom to add the files so Nero Express has overwritten the disc instead.

When I use Nero tool to read the disc info I can see
- DVD Session
- Session 01 (142MB) which I think might be my previous stuff
- Track 01: 0 144,416KB ISO 9660/Joliet (mode 1)

Is there any way I can get my previously burnt data back again from this disc??? The irony is, one of the programs on it was FileSaver, which can be used to recover deleted files from discs and drives!!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....thanks...Celine
