BitTornado Freezes never used too any ideas

Right I'm having problems in the last week Bittornado just freezes when I'm downloading I download at 50kbps and upload at 28kbps and I tried altering all the settings and nothing works, why would this just start to happen I have never had any problems before.

I don't understand this port forwarding I have no router just a BT Voyager Modem.

Its doing my head in cos now I can't just leave it.

Any ideas

Yes but that wasn't the problem, ive sorted it, I cleared out my internet files and ran spybot and its sorted now
