Screw ps3. I'm brainwashed by Pc's. Lol, im not getting either. I'm just going to overclock, and get the top of the line(in specs) laptop on the market next year. 2007. Actually the top of the line intell processor is = to 360 and ps3. Sorry folks. ONCE AGAIN PC PWNS.

dood what d*psh*t said the ps3 was going to serialize games? that would result in the biggest flop of a system imaginable.
pwns, pwnage, pwn4g3, pwnZ, and all others releated are just misspelled versions of owned and ownage. yes pc will will because it is updatable, but a processer = to the ps3 will cost over 500 to 1000 dollars, and a video card to match another 500 and another 500 for sli'ing. then you need the xdr ram which will be ungodly prices at about 200 per gig or more, and a good sli mobo x16 which goes to at loest 225. then drives like bd-rom and floppy and hdd's, theres another grand.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

DUDE A PC ITSELF WITH THE EQUIVALENT processor costs 700$. Dont tell me this poopoo. Next year these are gonna cost like 100$, and p5+windows vista will be in almos all laptops\pcs. So boohoo. Expect to see a p5 and new amd (code name amd 64+ or amd 128) that will cream these two poop consols. ehh, even a new GPU hits the market before release of ps3. AND ITS BETTER.

you talking about the amd opteron X2 64? its going to be over 1200 dollars. i for one would never own an intel, they plain suck. and windows vista is m$'s atempt at catching up to mac osx. do you know how much of windows vista is stolen from mac osx? alot of coding. also to point out, msn search was majoraly stolen from altavista.

The new amd processors wont be 1200$ in they year 2007. Silly you.
The new processors are probably 2x-4x faster than xbox360, and the ps3. Maybe 2x the 360 and ps3 combined. Think of it, it might even go as fast as 7ghz. With 4.8ghz ram. THATS FAST.
And whats the point of dissing windows. Im pretty sure u have windows XP. Widows vista will be high def. You will need HD monitor and HD or Blueray Hardrive. This will cost unfortunatly MUCH. But not over 2500$ in total.

ITS FUNNY that i have a BEST BUY flier in front of me, AND i have compaired the prices between the laptop and the pc. The laptops are faster, and just a fraction more. I'm not even going to bother readint the article you gave. Since I Have a freaking flier in front of me. Why in the world are you denieing that ps3 will be a better choice than the pc?? Heck i can even emulate the ps3 games. AT FASTER FPS. So shhhhhh. NOMORE.
Actually nvm. WINDOWS VISTA LOOKS AMAZING. Thankz anibus. You've just advertized microsoft. Thumbs up. I am surely 100% getting a laptop with windows VISTA.

spread your pc nonsense elsewhere, we alldont care to pay 1500+ for a really good pc, and we all dont have that cash. 450 for a ps3 that is equil to a 1500 dollar+ pc will be well worth it. sure it cant be upgraded like a pc, but its damned good as it is, graphics wont be able to get much beter than they are now, so advances wont mean too much, but they are ungodly priced. a console is a wonderful alternitive to an expensive world. its also alot mor fun to play on the same console. plus you have to have two 1500+ computers if u want to lan. a console can do 4 players from one and then you can lan in another inexpensive console.

You can buy a PC which is arround 2x- 3x better than the ps3, for 1299$ canadian. IN 2007. Did i say I'm buying it now? You simply dont understand that when p5 hits, its going to be 2-3 x faster than the ps3. Boohoo.
And mid 2006 late 2006 or early 2007 will be when ps3 hits. And simply you can get a better pc. Whihc you can use for everything. And sorry no, if most people *learn* to save there money, (im thinking that everyone heere has a job), they can defenetly save that much money. And if you dont and you are to young to get a job, you do chores, and save money. by 2007 you will have more than w.e money.
Dont ever tell me that I'm saying nonsence, and take it to some other forums, because this is relating to ps3.You know I am right. Pcs are extreemly better.
AND HECK, 1299$ for and amd 64 3500+ CANADIAN, is alote cheaper in america. So stop your blabing.
Graphics will get better. People were saying this last generation aswell.

Please, in canada, you can get the better amd 64 3500+ for 1299$. AND ITS BETTER THAN PS3. In many ways. You simply agreed to this aswell. when you said. AMD kicks intells but. But intell is ps3 equivalent.

I sure hope it is, it came out 3 years after anything else. The graphics are slightly better than the xbox, definitely not worth the investment yet.
By the time PS3 comes out, you'll be saying its the second best console. If it weren't for XBOX Live, we wouldn't even be wasting our breath. If Sony and PS3 gets their on-line close to Live, XBOX is toast.
Also windows blows and vista will also blow. In case you didn't know this yet, MS always puts out products(especially operating systems) before they are ready.

and when u said Intel and ATI are worse than Nvidia and AMD.
well first off i agree with you on the intel.amd bit.
intels P4's are crap for gaming compared to AMD 64's.
BUT intels new processors soon to come out, especially the ones in Q3/Q4 2006 are better. they can/will match AMD performance.
and i know why, its complicated and you probably wont want to know.
(too long) but one hint is that they have a short 12 stage pipeline architecture, same as AMD's, some have 14 stages.
and as for ATI/Nvidia, i have to disagree, i know of the current GPU market very well and ATI is doing better at the min.
and there flagship cards beat their Nvidia flagship rival cards.
e.g. X1800XT is the rival to the GTX256 and the X1800XT beats it.
the X1800XT PE is the rival to the GTX512 and the X1800XT PE beats it. of course the ATI cards only won by a bit overall, but never-the-less its still a victory.
i think you support Nvidia more because they are making the card for the PS3.
i like both makers but you cant just support onbe maker more because its in the latest console you like.
thats just sad.
Don't judge the consoles by specs, more isnt always better, espec in PS3 specs.i know the truth, ask if u wanna know.......
Do not compete without valid correct technicality on your terms of the argument.

its beats in in some games but not in others. i researched this last night. plus, who the eff can afford these card either way? in the lower more normal ppl cards, nvdia wins in the games i play.
