I'll buy that 7900GTX then please :)
Quote: Put it this way, it can put out ample power, but unlike the Liberty or the Toughpower, it makes far less noise (22dB @ 1m for up to 350W of load). The Toughpower sits at around the 28dB mark at idle, and reaches 30dB after about 300W. I'm not sure about the Liberty.
So I can assume it's a high quality and quiet PSU? lol

GTR:No cheaper than the Q6600, and look how much slower it is.
Estuansis: Yes you can, it's a very well built unit, and pretty much silent.

I especially like the casing for it. Very high-quality and tasteful :)
Check my profile in a few weeks or so and I'll probably have it. Thanks for the advice :)

Yeh best i have found so far, I dont realy think we will see the true performance of these until we see them on a better revised am2+ motherboard.
they have a lot of motherboard revisions and bios updates to contend with as the intels are more mature in these respects, give them a few months and I think with a few better optimised bioses the gap will be reduced. still in modern games theyre up there with the intel's. only time will tell.

No sir. Not for any of those reasons :)
It's the fact that the new AMD processors ARE keeping up for the most part. Look at it this way: the Athlon 64 was way faster than the Pentium 4, but the Pentium 4 was still wildly popular. And I think that even though Intel may have the lead now, AMD will pull ahead again just like Intel did with the Core 2 Duo.
It's all about support for your "home team" so to speak. I am an AMD fan for life :)

No offense but I would not be a fan(It means Fanatic lol) of anyone. I'm impartial enough to buy whats best for my money. I'm not big into attaching emotions into big corporate money gobbling companies. Although if I had to pick a favorite these days it would be Microsoft. If I had to invest Stock it would be Nintendo.
Interesting thing about Nintendo. I told my dad to put a hundred thousand dollars on Nintendo when the stock was 20 bucks. He took me for a crazy kid, and the stock has more than tripled now.

Your favourite company would be Microsoft. Possibly the best example of your previous sentence. That baffles me...

I regard most of Microsoft's products with a sort of loving contempt. I use Windows XP because it suits me better than any other OS, yet there are lots of things that annoy me about it. The 360 is poorly made, poorly designed and very noisy yet it's the only current gen console worth having, given our games taste. All the bugs and stupid little issues in Windows Office drive me insane, but I still prefer using it to OpenOffice. That's most of Microsoft's main trademarks covered. I can't comment on the Zune specifically, but my MP3 player is in fact the Zune's ancestor, the Toshiba gigabeat. It's a nice player, but Microsoft wrote the software for it and oh dear god is it crap.

Well let me tell you about the Zune. It's Awesome. That's just the right way to describe it. I love the new software, I love the player, it looks MUCH better than an iPod, functions better etc. The new iPod software(on the iPod itself, not iTunes) functions like running vista on a Pentium three, it's that sluggish. The Zune interface, on the other hand, is VERY smooth.
Oh and the most important things, the Zune sounds much better.

I have both Intel and AMD :) I like both, but AMD was my first truly fast processor and it will be my last. I love my 4400+ to bits :P
