did you read the original post? all you need to do is get a bootable disk that can unlock your hdd and thats its. you should be fine

I Have A Serious Prob With My Xbox And The Linux Program I Used I Installed "krazyie Tool" As The Host For Linux It Got On There And Then Win I Restarted It My Xbox Ms Dash Was Gone It Gave Me Error Code 13 And I Tryed 2 Reinstall With The Game For Evo X And Unlea X And Both Said Failed I Can Play Games But It Wont Show The Dashboard So Heres The Thing They Keep Tellin Me I Need Avalaunch And I Dont Know Where To Get It Let Alone Use It I Also Tryed To Update With Halo 2 And Other Live Games But It Goes Black When I Press Update So I Dont Know What To Do.....

yea i got it the krazyie tools 1 frm the action replay i tryed 2 reinstall them both an it said failed frm evo x 2 unles x.

ok have you tried to restore ur back up because most of the new sofmods wont let you reinstall if you have a back up

Hello All,
So...my led starts out solid green w/no audio/video/dvdrom response. When I press the eject button, the led flashes green 18-20 times. Is this just an indicator to a bad motherboard. If so, where's a good place to get a replacement? If not, what is it, and where's a good place to get whatever it needs?
BTW there are no mods on this system.

@ yung put in whatever game you used to softmod and there should be an option that says restore backup hit that and see if it helps

Recently, I turned on my xbox and got an error 16 message, which from this thread i discovered was a dashboard error. The funny thing is, I have never tried to mod it, FTP it, or go into any of the file settings whatsoever. What can I do to fix this problem, considering I dont have a mod chip?

hello
I have a problem with my xbox, i`ve unlocked my hdd and my xbox isn`t hardmoded (without chip !!), so now i can`t play games etc.
The number of error is 05.
If some of you know how to fix it please let me know.
