Hi guys, wondering if you could help
My Granddad's mate has a replay lite which i've updated for him etc. and everything is working grand. But every time he hooks it into his TV (It works fine in mine) he gets everything coming up fine, but instead of picture he gets a blue background. My Granddad's info is sketchy at best sometimes but i think he mentioned it said "No SIgnal" once, but he also added that all the connections were in fine. Any ideas lads

It has to be the cable feed or scart, can't be anything else.

It has to be the cable feed or scart, can't be anything else.

There's one other possibility worth looking at,
Are you sure that the channel on the TV is set to the correct Ext?
If the TV has two Scart sockets it will have either of these scenarios for the channel he should be on.
Exti
Ext2
AV1
AV2
Make sure the correct channel is selected for the particular scart connector you have the scart lead plugged into on the TV.

hi all... just letting people know there are replay remotes on ebay at the mo. just got one after weeks of looking. offer of £7.25 was accepted. brand new and unused.

yeah i seen them on there. just lettin u all know that my offer was accepted and remote delivered day after paying...im chuffed and wanted the world 2 know,,,lol...they used to be bloody hard to get hold of.

Hi, not been on here for a while since the flash sorted everything..no probs apart from me having a doofus moment this morning when the vir£1n man came round to sort the ondemand (grumpy b*tard he was)on top of which our main tv has died 100%, thank god for wee portables. Anyway, my point; I was wondering & worrying a little if they will try to pull anything new as they seem to do stuff around April or October time..i.e putting some virus or software on that will make replay and all boxes go kaput. Has anyone heard of anything or d'you think it'll be OK because of the flash?
Thanks for all your help guys, me losing it this morning made me really appreciate that wee silver thing.

Folks,
Quick question which I will try and keep as short as possible.
Replay Lite loaded with the firmware to fix the roll issue a while back, I think was 910, but not 100% sure..
Anyways, had it working in Dublin nthell and sold it to a chap who was moving down to chorus land ( navan ) and when he scans @ 6875 Network Search ON 0x5E prov, ID etc etc he never finds any channels.
I have gone through everything with him over the phone and no matter what we do we always get 0 channels on auto scan 290-403 .
So, question is, does the new firmware for roll fix work in Ch*rus land or just Nthell ?

Not sure what you meant by that ?
He has a eurovox that works fine and a replay box that I know for a fact worked in Dublin but always gets 0 channels on search in Navan, I'm starting to think that he has the wrong box for his area. ?

btw, my replay lite went funny for a minute last night, froze and then said scrambled before sorting itself out, so maybe there was a roll, and maybe that's what's wrong with his box, he mightn't have the 910.

If it is a replay lite remote it will work. Haven't seen the ones on ebay but try sky wonder for remotes too.
