first off i dont like your attitude many people have been able to hack there psp withOUT problems, the makers of the guides are not AT fault its you and no one else....the reason you don't get any help is because you dont ask for it properly
first off

what psp version are you running????
what windows?
do you have a slim/fat psp?

Um, I was "talking" sense and I do know that "the game could not be started" problem means I don't have CFW. My problem is actually receiving help that nobody would give. I've posted in several threads and I still come down to the same problem (and I know what it is), "the game could not be started" but lets try this again.

Windows XP
3.52FW
fat PSP

There. I've been at it for quite a while now and I'm sorry you don't like my "attitude", it's just the way I typed it. I've went through several guides that pretty much said to do the same thing, IF I DON'T have a CFW PSP, which I don't so obviously I'd be using those guides.

Its like, to make the magic memory stick requires CFW and to make pandora battery also requires CFW (if you don't hardmod it I suppose). Well, it's like EVERYTHING requires CFW and it all just cancels each other out. =(

EDIT: Well, now I have a working pandora battery, I think. To know you have a pandora battery that works, isn't it supposed to turn on and stay black with the green LED?

EDIT2: It was as simple as holding down the L trigger. I got it. Thanks all. :)

Try the method for making a memstick that I outlined near the bottom of page 7. It's worked for others, and it's what I had to do to get the memstick working.

Assuming you did everything correctly in making the magic memory stick and the pandora battery, take both out and put in the memory stick first and then the pandora battery. As soon as you put in the battery, hold down the L trigger.

See if that helps.

Open up a command prompt using run/cmd, drag and drop it into the command prompt.

I don't want to sound like a broken record and I'm sorry if you've answered how to fix this problem before, but when I get to the part where I run MUX20, I do, and it starts to run, then it gives me a messege that says "The game could not be started (8002014C)" Please let me know what step I did wrong, when I try to get a custom firmware it gives me the same messege when I try to update with it, how do I get a CFW, I'm using the official firmware 3.90, Please help! I've been trying to do this for 2 weeks now!

Read the guide!!!!!

You can not run the Battery Creator on an Offical PSP. You will need to buy a Datel Tool Battery or Hardmod the Battery.

All you can do is try using a diffrent memory Stick and or PC running XP (64-Bit XP has issues so try to stay away from it).

Right click on My Computer then go to properties. If your PC is 64-BIT it should say Microsoft Windows XP 64-BIT.

Me putting in my memory stick and pandora battery, my PSP doesn't even turn on. The green LED light comes on and it just stays at a black screen.

Any thoughts?

It could be semi or fully bricked, I'm not sure. If it is, pandora battery and magic memory stick could recover the PSP system, right? If it could, how would I go about properly doing it if my PSP doesn't even fully turn itself on??

It's to teach people to read prior posts, so that maybe they will stop asking irrelevant questions and wasting our time in the future. It helps everyone.

I'm half tempted to ask a Mod to delete all my guides off this site.

I am tired of not getting the respect from some that have an attitude when I tell them to search the past post for the answer to their question.

I took the time to create this guide (which is free) and others take the time to post issues and how they resolved those issues. What's the point of having all of this information if users don't take advantage of it.

But of course deleting all the guides because of a few lazy asses will come to the expense of those that actually search the past post.
