Your momma might still wipe your ARSE but I sure the heck won't!
I'm not answering and I hope no one else answers. Follow the guide step by step and you will figure it out.
When you follow other guides do you usually do the last step before the 1st step? Think about it and use your common sense.

Ok, I will probably get flamed to no end here, but here goes:
I am about to pick up a used PSP with the 3.03 OE-C FW. Assuming everything runs fine, is there a reason why I would want to upgrade to the latest FW, say, DarkAlex's 3.90 M33-2? If I were to do it following the guide on page 1 (which is very easy to follow, thanks a lot OP! =) ), would it be possible that I could lose some features or the ability to play some games coming from 3.03 OE-C (and obviously upgrading to 3.52 M33 first, as detailed per the guide)?

Why, u say. Well... becuase there is new functions such as skype (only for slim), online radio, and play new games that requires newer firmware.

Ah, new games require newer FW. That makes sense =) There aren't any consequences of upgrading the FW, are there?

So do I have to leave all the things I unzipped from ONE_STOP_UPDATE on my memory stick, or can I delete them to make room?

You can upgrade in steps from 3.80m33-4 to 3.80m33-5, then 3.90m33 and finally to 3.90m33-2
OR
upgrade straight to 3.90m33 then upgrade to 3.90m33-2
either way is fine
but as for SKYPE.. Thats only if you have slim PSP. With all these fat PSPs in the world, I wonder why Skype cant come up with something that could boost its popularity

Hello, Im having a somewhat strange problem and I'd like to know if any1 can help me. I was on 3.40OE-A when i downloaded this updater and followed this guide step-by-step, it took me to 3.52M33-4 with no problem whatsoever. Then when I kept following the guide to update to 3.71m33 or 3.90m33 I get to the point where I run the updater from the GAMES>MS>3.71 update, but my psp just keeps turning itself off after the PSP screen.
Anyone have any helpful comments on that? :S

Are you still on 3.52 M33-4?
Or
Did you do the update and now it won't boot at all?
