Ive got a problem

I recently downloaded a PS2 game. I have been having problems burning it. I have tried DVD decryptor, Alcohol 120% and Clone DVD to burn the ISO file to a DVD-R blank. I burn it at the slowest speed as well. When I load the game using the Swap Magic disc, The first screen that comes up is a load screen, and it just freezes there and does nothing. Each time I tried its always the same thing.

What should I Do??? Thanks in advance!!

How big is the ISO?
It might need rebuilding

FIRST: get better media, read the thread to find what kind

SECOND: i think the iso is to big for swapmagic (i could be wrong)

THIRD: try burning at 4x

if you READ the thread you will find the answer to the 1st and 3rd question, the 2nd will probable be here but im not for sure, ive never had to rebuild a game so i dont know the limits of swap magic but i think it will need rebuilding, i think any thing over 4.3? needs rebuilt, what game is it anyway

If the iso is too large, use gnie's xpert tool with the DVD5 shrinker plugin. This will automatically remove the false TOC/remove all dummy data, recreate the lba tables etc. Very easy process, click 4 buttons and you will have a new iso.

Any body know how well a copy of a copy of a burned game will work with a swap disk?

so if the file is too big to put on a disk you can shrink it with the DVD5 shrinker plugin to make it fit?

hiya

1stly i am new here so my question may have already been answered but this thread has 145 pages which start from like 2004 an thats a lot of readin i dont have time for, plus my internet connection is cack n 2 slow!

ritey, now i have a pink ps2 that i recently had chipped (i assume this is wat u lot call a mod chip but not sure) and i purchased some copied games from the same place i got the chip from.. there was not a lot of variety so i decided to download some games on my computer using bit torrent/torrent spy but after they have downloaded i am a bit stuck wat to do next..

the copied games i purchased recently are on dvds but i have no idea wat format they are in, am i rite in thinkin i would jus use Nero (my version is Nero 7) and copy the downloaded game file onto a dvd and it will work in my ps2?

if not can u advise pls? cheers x

Sorry if I came across badly, it's just not everyone is familiar with text-speak so they'd have a heck of a time getting help from your posts ;)
