No, but I run the incoming cable through the VCR before it goes to the kryptview.
no mate the cable goes to the cable box first only

hi mate turn the box of at the back then press download then turn on the box at the back and it will work for you

hi mate turn the box of at the back then press download then turn on the box at the back and it will work for you

ok your comports are either not set up correctly
you have the incorrect cable
your using vista pc
or you have not installed the usb adapter driver for the usb if you dont have a comport ??

ok mate thers your problem straight away VISTA do not flash boxes so you need to find someone that has xp machine and then it will work for you VISTA is the biggest pain in the rear end i have ever come across

Instruction book of arnet missing,I need to lock the adult channels.MENU-USER PREFERANCE-PARENTAL LOCK MANAGER-CENSORSHIP CLASSIFCATION.it then has NO BLOCK when i press the arrow key it gives me theese options 6,10,14,18 What next?Should i have it on the channel i want blocked before i go through this procedure?cheers

reswob, The user manual comes in the white box --- but --- it is hard to find as it's between the inner and outer cardboard boxes. Try that.

The manual is no loss really, it has no useful Info in it's anyway.
It only tells you how to get to the lock menu & after that it assumes that it self explanatory.
I haven't looked at it but it appears that the manual is wrong in its assumption if you are finding it that difficult.

Apologies, I went away from my computer to have some lunch, won't let it happen again.
Exit out of all menus and then just go to the channel you want to lock, the press the menu button and follow my earlier post from there.

The UM says:-
Press the OK key
press the MENU key
In the EDIT menu select LOCK
Go to the channel to lock
Press the OK key
EXIT / BACK pop-up menu
Press OK to save changes
or
Press EXIT to undo changes
