Nero 8 Sub Menu Highlights Not Showing Up

I've just created a DVD with a main menu and sub menus. When I view it on the laptop it looks great... I can go into the menu and all the sub menus and the curser will highlight each track as I select up and down on the remote.

The problem I'm having is, once I burn it to DVD the highlights on the first sub menu page do not appear!!!! All the other sub menu pages are fine... It's just the first sub menu page that has the problem! Has anyone else come across this problem, and if so, do you know how I can fix it?
