so should have one ip that reads
192.168.000.003
and the other two shouls be different from this,but the same digits?

Thanks for the info. A friend of mine change the code for me but I wasnt there to see him do it.
I think he said something about turning auto update off(?)
I have no idea how to change any codes.
All I know is, press blue, then go into Tux box com and go into Keys. Thats about as far as I can get with anything.
I know the code is:
6F 9B A2 32 50 67 36 57
Do you or anyone know how to change the code to that?

hi.
ive tried so hard to get into the box, i even watched someone do it, but i still cant get into the box to flash it!!
I went to the directory var/keys but in that file i cant find keylist.txt
i have sportster 1.7
could anyone help me out?

if you ftp the new nagrarom7 it will auto update.
you need flash fxp click ftp to get it.
then get the rom:

are the wires tight and did you definately pick restart network. mine worked when i did that. try writing this as the server
192.168.0.3 wthout the multiple zeros
and port = 21
proxy = default

then leave it on a black channel for a few seconds (about 30) and see if it comes on.
if error channel not availible comes up on all channels do a scan with fast scan off.
