SLOTS 2.... Dude read my like last 2 posts. You need to patch it before you burn it. The patch link is provided in the last few posts i believe its rick's patch can't remember. If you are using swap magic 3.3 like i am you need to patch it no matter where you got that image from. I finally patched it and burned it last night or should say this morning at like 4 and it works.

Slots, getting someone to send you an iso via email is pretty much impossible since the iso is WAY bigger than can be sent. Just get the patch that I'm so graciously hosting and patch it yourself.

did you put the patch in the same dir as your iso? also, what is the filename of your iso?

the iso 'should' be named DRK-MRC.iso and make SURE that the iso and patch are in the same dir.

are you trying to get your own iso patched? As I said, the 'original' should be ptc-merc.iso. put that in the same dir as the patch. run the patch and it'll create another iso which you then burn with your favorite app.

I'm redoing ISO naming it that name and installing in My Documents then Im gonna download that patch to same directory is that correct.

personally I think it would be better to put the iso in a seperate directory, something like c:\backup or something like that. Also, the patch is a zip file so make sure that you extract it to the same directory as your iso. If you have any online chat programs, it would probably be better to use those than clutter up the boards. Just PM me

i think its better to rebuild the ISO manually rather than patching the game cuz then u can use that knowledge for any more games that will have the same problem, i reckon these problametic games will come up more often now as games are only gettin bigger really.
Its actually an easy process as long as u follow the guide step by step (e.g. puttin the files into the correct order is a big part of rebuilding the iso, which many ppl, even myself at first, ignored).

it aint that hard is it to follow a step by step guide?
i never done it before n it took me 2 tried but no i can do it without lookin at the guide. personally id rather no how 2 do sumthin so i can do it myself rather than ppl doin everythin 4 me.
thats my opinion anyway

Yes, the process doesnt look all that difficult but i have been completely unsuccessful in trying to get cdvdgen
