Your going to have to get your hands on a Pandora Battery and JigKick memory stick. You can purchase them for $ but if you have spare battery you can "hack"(it won't be usable for normal use afterwards) and have a memory stick pro duo along with a card reader on your PC you can do it all yourself for free.

@ GuruKai
If you're good at Soldering/Desoldering, then you can hardmod your Slim PSP battery. Check out the stickies, it's here.
There's also the Tool Battery by Datel, Phat or Slim battery which does the same as Pandora's Battery, but it's $35 bucks and they took a while to ship mine lol.

Right, I have a problem with my psp when loading ISOs and those stuff.
I currently upgraded the version from 3.71 (i think) to 3.80.
I have an ISO folder on my psp and when i used 3.71 to load it came fine.
Now, i got version 3.80 and when i select memory stick is says 'There are no games'. When i check on the computer you can see the file there.
What should i do to make the ISOs work? :S

Sounds like you upgraded to official firmware, and OFW will never let your play ISO/CSO's :(
You'll have to downgrade with Pandora's Battery and the Magic Memory Stick, I'm sure that method still works.

In short no. You can't upgrade to a M33 firmware from a Sony firmware. And according to the quote you knew that you were upgrading to a official firmware. Why did you do it?! And the Pandora process is the safest downgrader that will ever be released for the PSP. As it can downgrade and repair any PSP. A Slim, a Phat, or a Bricked psp. And Deathtord maybe you should learn about custom firmware, the psp, and homebrew/hacking before you keep messing around with your PSP. Because its obvious you know squat about anything and you don't feel like you should ask people on this forum for advice before messing with your PSP. At the rate your screwing up at you'll brick your PSP in no time.

Hi, my name is Devon and I am new at this Psp Iso thing. I got the psp slim a few weeks ago for christmas and i have been trying to figure out how to play iso's on it for a while now. I was looking at your forum and it looks like you all know what you are talking about. My current firmware is 3.80. Can you tell me the first step that I should take.

F.y.i., i haven't tried to downgrade the psp. I think the only mistake i made was upgrading it from 3.71 to 3.80 before i knew about isos

That didn't make a difference, either way you'll need a Pandora Battery (see the many stickied threads).

Please help. I'm a noob, got a phat PSP 1.50, and somehow was able to pull off upgrading to 3.80 M33-5. I also had Devhook installed initially, and ISOs were working fine. Then I read that you don't need a loader for M33, so I uninstalled Devhook. Now, ISO icons show and play, but the games don't load (80020321). I've reformatted the MS but still no go. What's wrong? Do I have to re-install Devhook?

Sorry. Just figured it out. Had UMD in the drive previously, and I removed the disc. Went into recovery, disabled the UMD check, and working fine now. Just reading all the posts helped me a lot. Thanks all you guys.

It just means that it can't brick your PSP by you using it, but firstly, why would you want to use that?
flash = Essential "O/S" files, can brick your PSP, unsafe
RAM = Temporary files only, safe

3.52 M33 on up, earlier versions like OE worked, just need devhook.
Since you're running on 3.90 Official Firmware, you will have to use the Pandora Battery/Magic Memory Stick combo to get custom firmware on your PSP so you can play PSP ISO's. Just check out the stickies for info on how to get it, and how to use it :D
