europe version - i use a slim ps2 with sm 3.6+
i made a backup with the v3 of the great gow turorial from backuptools - works fine but:
some movies in gameplay do not work for - for example i kill a boss - short flickering - next stage - not useful for mysteries :-(
what is the problem? - i tried it 3 times, checked everything,
everything is like the manual except mine is an european one ...

ok i have a image file of god of war my version is PAL DVD5
i used ISO buster to look at contents of image.
i did not find any 'DUMMY' files. these are the files that i have in the folder right now.

DBCMAN.IRX
SIO2D.IRX
MC2_S1.IRX
DS1O_S1.IRX
MC2_D.IRX

PART1.PAK
is it ok to burn the files like this or is there files that are needed in this list to make the game to work?
the image file is curently a file size of 3.91 GB.

First off decrypt it with DVD Decrypter to a GoW folder, make it on your desktop for ease of access, then let me/us know how big the file is :)

^^ i did turn them into files, how do you think i got all those file names? i used iso buster to look at image. and put them into a folder, after that i checked for dummy files and i found NONE. and btw that is the file size of them as a folder not as a image.

Is it a downloaded game or a original? If its an original it will be a dual layer therefor you will need to use dvd decryptor by going, MODE>ISO>READ select where on your hardrive you want it, eg GoW folder on desktop, then press the button on the bottom left. Then see how big the iso is it should be 7.xx GB.

it's a downloaded game, and it's not 7 gig beause it's the PAL version, anyways i burned it, and the game plays fine with bonus movies aswell.

I'm looking for Sonix God Of War tool but can't seem to find it anywhere.
I've also tried finding it on the site that's at the beginning of this thread but can only find tutorials.
I tried following those tutorials but when I got to the tmpgenc section, I wasn't able to do it. I kept getting an error when I tried selecting the m2v files. It says cannot open, or unsupported.
Hope to hear from someome.

[REMOVED], please send me any the god of war tool and could you please send me the best tutorial for backing up god of war, i want one that doesn't freeze and if its true comes with all movies please send me all the recomended tools and the best tutorial thank you so much

ya know, besides the soxic tools, i can not find apache2 anywhere. and that great uk tools site is CLOSED!. so what now. can't someone put apache2 on bearshare or something. i need it. thanks
