i go to the website....it shows the description and everything,below there is a download button...i click on it and it just reloads back to the file details page...no downloads is moving at all..and it applies same to the other files that u guys provided the links for..

from this link i am able to download....but from the webby, when i click download, it just reloads to the same page

nah mate, the links are GOOD, its me which is the problem, it must be something his doing wrong coz i downloaded it 20 mins ago.

you are the only one thats having trouble everyone else has downloaded from the links provided succsesfully.have you tried holding the ctrl button when you click download!!!!
if you can't download it from the link provided use this to find it http://www.google.co.uk/ but i can assure you all links are fine as i said i have tested and downloaded from each one

did you copy the whole folder to game150 or just the eboot:)

the whole folder. it shows up but when i start it . it says game cannot be started (800808078blah blah.

my dah again when it didnt work the first time. i thought id try and be clever and stuck it back in the game one DO'H. its all sorted now and im on 3.52 M33-4. thanx for all your help. i couldnt of done it without you man. nice one. lobie1knobie.

just to ask...is the process of writing 3.52 firmware taking quite some time to complete?...
my screen shows,
loading 1.50 firmware... OK
writing 1.50 firmware... ok
loading 3.52 firmware... ok
writing 3.52 firmware...
and nothing else....when do i know it is completed?

press the home button whilst in the xmb,you should get a little menu pop up,scroll to usb option and keep pressing x till you see umd,now when you connect psp to pc via usb you will see the iso,just copy it and paste it onto your pc

sicdude im just trying out this umd ripper and all seems to be going well... when saving these files back to mem.card do i just whack the whole folder, umd9660 into game150?

rename the iso to whatever the game is eg: fifa08.iso
then you copy the iso to the iso folder:)
if it's a video umd you copy the iso to the video folder inside the iso folder,to watch a umdvideo rip press home while in xmb and select mount image:)

Well, I followed the guide exactly, and have 3.52 m33 istalled and working, but it simply will not update to m33-4. Whenever I run the update file it says "This update doesn't apply to this software or it has already been applied." I have tried everything I can think of, including putting the update file in both game and game150, switching kernals, and reinstalling 3.52 m33. I would like to update to 3.71, but cannot straight from 3.52 m33. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what does it say in system settings/system information
the only thing i can suggest is try and install update 3 you can get that from the dark alex website

It says 3.52 M33 in the system information. I'll try the m33-3, I hadn't thought of that. Thanks for the idea, if anyone else has more feel free to post.
