Hi,
Will start trying ISO Hacker and Burn. But I have this copy of Lost Planet and when I unrar there is no ISO file, just a bunch of LostPlanet.000 through LostPlanet.007 files each one is a gig, as well as a .dvd file, what do I do with that? I had one game before that was a .000 file and I burnt that but this has more than just one .000 file.
Thanks.

Hey,
iBurn360 does work but I have burnt 15 discs with it and I did have one bad burn. Burnt the same game with hacker and Burn and it worked no prob.
I just think iBurn may have some bugs to work out as it has frozen my machine a few times also. On a G4 MDD burning with a Samsung lightscribe burner.

So basically iso hacker is reliable but a little slower, iburn 360 is quick but has some glitches. My recommendation, try iburn 360, if it doesnt work switch to the iso hack method.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice for my above problem. I have tried merging all of them into one .iso image with Toast, that didn't work... also tried just to burn all of them at once with iBurn360, didn't burn anything. Really at a loss right now.
Any help would be great, Thanks.

"i'm using a MacBookPro, with an external firewire LaCie D2 writer."
Why can't you burn disc using iburn using the native Mshita DL in the macbok pro? Do you have to use an external burner? Thanks in advance.

My MBP is an older model. No DL writer. I couldn't tell you if it works with the newer models with DL Matshita.
dagowatt, looks a great app. i'll give it a go. ;)

I have read all of this thread very carefully because I am receiving a new MacBook black (2.2ghz, 160gb hd, 1gb ram, 8x superdrive, etc). I just ordered it last night and I was trying to face my problems I know I am going to have before I get it. I currently have a xbox 360 with the BenQ DVD drive flashed with ixtreme 1.4. The macbook comes with a DL dvd burner so I know I am capable of burning backups. I was just looking for the best solution to getting around the layer break. From what I have gathered the best way to burn a backup is with growisofs or the X360IsoHacker? Right? I would just like to know if the X360ISO Hacker checks the original ISO for stealth, region, lang, etc? If not what is a good tool for verifying that a x360 image is pre-patched and what region capabilities it has? In other words what is an equivalent to XDVDMulleter for OSX? I am trying to avoid wasting space with Microsoft at all costs! I prefer not to have to install paralells, vmware fusion, etc etc. And I don't want to repartition my drive for a FAT32 (Windows Partition) I want all native tools for OSX to burn my 360 games, or I will just keep burning them with my desktop pc. Thanks guys! This post is very informative!! P.S. Sorry for the long reply :(

I don't live in FL but I do live in KY, if you feel safe sending your xbox 360 off for a few days I could do it for you. I don't mind it a bit, just know that it will void your warranty of course ;)

This link is working fine for the G version: http://www.wattks.com/Mac/programok/X360_ISO_Hacker_v2g.zip
You might want to update your webpage to contain that download link, as most user's probably won't find it! Thanks for the awesome software man!!
