Yes it is what you say. The A750 will work round Nagra if you buy an i-connect which enables
box to connect to internet. You must also flash box with new firmware. The A780 has a built-in
LAN-port so doesn't need an i-connect to connect to internet

Like any other pirate box providers will try to find a way to prevent them from viewing their
encrypted channels. The earlier you get one the longer you will get out of it.All you need is
the box & LAN cable long enough to reach router or an OPEN-MEDIA wi-fi bridge or a set of LAN
HOME-PLUGS.Have a look at Skywonder.co.uk. for prices.

No sorry I understand the risks, I just meant that when nag 3 came in there were still some boxes workin, loads of my mates bought em and I told them they wouldn't last more than a month or so that's all.

Are the a750 the ones to go for? I would need to get a null soft cable as my last box was USB flash.. If not the a750 what model should I look at or does it matter, would like to have a hd to record tv also if that makes a dif..

Thanks again guys

If you are buying an SD box Kryptvu A780 is probably best.
If you want HD take a look at EUROVIEW HD. You can record to USB

They are available alright @ £259 in W. Midlands, already flashed & advertised as Nagra3 ready
They should retail @ £199 when recognised suppliers have them in stock, which will be soon.

Go to the menu on your box and check the firmware date should be the 09092010 also make sure you put the 780 firmware on your box and not the 750 one as they have the same date on the file and very easy to mix up if you are not sure if you have the 750 or the 780 on it reflash it again firmware is on the bottom of my post.

Is there any other message that comes up on the screen like not connected or not certified

v3.0.0
still the same just the FTA channels all the rest it says on the screen scrambled or no video,i have done a factory default on this box umteen times in the past 4 months never had any problems.

one other thing the day my Krypvu went down NTL was working on their box at the top of the sreet dont know if this has made any difference as my mates starview worked in my house off the same set up.

Sounds to me like you have a cable problem you have been cut off if you have no quality thats the reason is scans and find nothing not even freeview
