Some things to try initially are,
Check your Internet connection has not gone down.
If it is OK check all of your connections are snug and an ethernet connector has not popped halfway out etc.
Switch box off and on with the switch at the back.
Update Firmware.
Factory reset the box.

as above, but turn the router off and then on, turn the box off and on, check your providers website for any outages in the area (work being done, faults etc) before you start flashing or resetting the box, could be a simple thing like the above or as jodav said a cable loose on the router.

If you leave box in standby overnight & power-search mode ON it will find any missing channels
I'm sure at this stage Rob you are using correct NET-ID. Simple assumption is chann is not yet
available on KV box. I assume ITV+1 is a FTA chann. Lot of people would love to have your probs

could be that or maybe not available at the present time but as i dont see anybody else asking i presume it could be a signal issue if on a lower freq and his signal is not strong enough maybe

Just download both loader & bin file to desktop. Double click on loader & click on SAT icon
to open it.You put bin file in box on loader, you don't open it. Follow the rest of E45's tutorial step by step. Copy tutorial down before you start so you can
refer to it as you go along
