I have an Onimusha Blade warriors game which has the file SLUS_207.10 which means it's NTSC
The problem is when I use codebreaker codes (Only works with PS2 NTSC games) The codes don't work so I tried to patch the game with ps2_pal2ntsc_yfix and it was successful but will the codes work when I burn the patched ISO ?
Thanks in advance

i try to find in the forum or in the web this but don't find.. sorry if is double question
---
ok i try to launch a NTSC to PAL iso with HDADVANCE
i made the conversion with both the used applications.... but this is what happen
the HDADVANCE read the iso, i lauch it.. it starts... a couple of screen then black screen forever...
i think the problem is in the dump to hd (i used hdl_dump from hdadvance website), when i need to write the STARTUP code... usually the program take it directly from the iso... but this time no... maybe is an iso problem dunno) (without this the install to hd doesn't start)
however i try to write by myself.... i open isoburner and check the splm code... i try in every way
slpm+number
sces+number
but doesn't work
the game is winning eleven 10
help is appreciated
take care

ok i reply to myself:
the problem is not NTSC or PAL.. the problem is in the game itself...
there's a video after memory card file option... i find a way to skip it... just press alternatly X and ANALOGUE and after some times you'll go into the game
i just notice a thing however:
dipending on which NTSC TO PAL converter i use i see the game has different speed!
if you use the NTSC TO PAL with the PLAYSTATION logo you have a really slow simulation of soccer
if you use ADR Patcher the game has a perfect velocity... not to fast not to slow.. real simulation of soccer
the NTSC original is however really fast as a simulation...
and that's all.... bye all guys...

I bought a premodded PsTwo Slim US ver. with a DMS4 that I ordered from.....(a fuc@% up! mod chip store)online.
When I booted up a PAL backup the NTSC TV screen rolled, and I couln't read what it said. Looked like it said something about memory card. So the backup booted with the modchip, but the video must have been 50 hz.
When I booted it up without the disk, it seems as if the Mod Chip
was a Matrix infinity instead of a DMS4! I sent the whole thing back.
If I had kept the Matrix modded PSTwo could it have played the PAL disk with some sort of chip adjustment, or would I have to use software or External hardware to play it?... or send it back and get a DMS4?
I located another modder, who supposedly had the DMS4 pro chip in stock....we'll see.
What would I need to do with the DMS4 to get a PAL game to play ... without the screen rolling?

OK hers one, I want to Play Dragon's Lair 3D for PS@... only PAL version exists..
Has anyone gotten this to work?
If I use swap magic and force NTSC the videos (cut scenes) get skipping audio. If I try patching it it wont go past the title screen.
Anyone else try this game? Any suggestions? I really really want this to work.
Video games don't affect kids, I mean if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching on pills, and listening to repetitive music...

Well i use the ad patcher on suikoden 5 PAL.. and write the iso with the burner you gave"decrypter"..when i insert the disc in the ps2 and start..after the logo "PLAYSTATION" the memory card screen appears you know the one when we start ps2 without disc and click on browser and the memry card screen appears that's the one i'm talkin about...
And the other and main thing...the patcher us to convert the PAL game into NTSC right not the reolution 50/60 hz.....
Cause i need use codes on the game and the PAL codes does't working on my game "Suikoden 5 [pal]" and ofcourse i already tried the NTSC codes... So, please help me out with this i really be great full..here i'm also giving my version keys..
version keys before use the patch
8B CE 67 4E D8 51 BE 76 39 70 F9 9D 20 B1 A1 B3 EA 3D 99 BA
SLES_540.87 009EE534 01C67ECB 01C84200 01C67ECB 01C84200
keys after patched
4E 8E 1A 3C 8E C1 95 78 7A 2A 96 5A 04 00 31 D5 ED 98 F7 C5
SLES_540.87 009EE534 01C67ECB 01C84200 01C67ECB 01C84200
Now the keys look different but the patched version is not the NTSC because the NTSC verion key of suikoden 5 is [got it from codebreaker.com]
D8 A1 F6 8A 80 21 58 90 A5 95 A8 64 5E 4D 0C EC 2C 64 00 CC
and yeah i also used the other pactcher you gave"pal to NTSC w/yfix" but the error appeared while the writting's in the process..
HELP ME OUT PLZ

HI, I have a problem and I would like to know if someone can help me :s
I have Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi 2 game in PAL version (as the usa version has not japanese original voices). I have been able to play it in my 60hz Tv with my chipped ps2 (matrix infinity) by using a lot of differente "pal to ntsc" or just by using de PAL version (as the chip accepts PAL versions)
However, I have this problem with de vertical resolution. As you know, 50hz games just look "stretched" vertically in 60hz Tvs. Although I can center the screen, I have to choose a part of the screen (in the top or in the botton) that won´t show in the tv
I have read in many forums that this problem doesn´t have a solution, however I did see a "pal with 60/50hz selector" version (patched) that works perfectly... Does anybody know how to "make" or wehere to download this patched version?
Thanks in advance
ps: I have tried jaymaster differents patches, adr patch and a few more I don´t remember the names, and all of them works but not solucionate this problem... the only difference I noticed was that some of them automatically center de screen and the others I have to center it from the game options...

Hi all,
I tried to patch eyetoy play sport from PAL to NTSC using the y-fix patcher. I am ablt to boot up to the SEGA screen, and then the screen just got fozen. Some people suggest that maybe a movie and use "X" + "analog" alternatively to skip it, I managed to make it work just ONE time....after that I never success.
any advice to do the NTSC patch, or any trick to skip the movie screen?
