While we are at it lets blame Tyco's problems on the the 360,and Enron,lets just blame Xbox for every dumb move every Big company has ever done. Lets blame a system and not the company who is making the games or their V.P. because Xbox has doomed the world. Do you understand how the statement you made is so deep in a crap hole that the only one who believes, is you. Facts not conjecture thats what we need.

You guys win , I am done posting . This thread is a waste of time and effort . While you sit and and make up stories on unfounded proof I am going to play my 360 on my Sony . You guys really need to get out more often and enjoy life instead of sitting in front of your screen.

The PS3 will 99% be a good console becuase Sony has a big revenue of money coming in from the PS console's. Sony will make sure the PS3 will do well. Microsoft have a very very large amount of money and will also make sure the 360 will succeed. The xbox was a tester console into the gamiong industry as what J Allard has said himself.
I find [uhall's statments as factual and Iam affriad its the majority of anubis's points that I find very biased, made up and deprived in facts.

whoa. UHALL is being *UN*biased.
having to neutralise anubis's 'left side' (aka. PS3, or kill xbox 360 or its supporters) info.
anubus, about the programming thing i was talking about the PROCESSOR INTERFACE, HOW IT WORKS WITH THE PS3 and its games, NOT THE DARNED GPU. the GPU is no problem and OpenGL is no problem.
you dont know sh*t about CPU's and how they wpork, interfaces, programming etc. point out something true FFS.
do you know why PS3 is using openGL, because Nvidia cards play open GL games, slightly faster than ATI ones. so some games can have matching performance compared to ATI xenon playing new direct 3d games.
they wouldnt be able to win on the direct 3D games, which the the prime renderer for most leading edge PC 3d games.
im not siding with the 360 on this, im neutral, its true as many game test results have shown, on average that flahship ATI vs nvidia cards, ATI cardw in on most of the direct 3d game tests.
anubis your arguments have no bredth to them, and are as hollow as dead bones. please try to make more intimate points.
kookoo you are being twisted and you are slowly starting to become biased again, please stop now, its a nice friendly heed warning. although if you choose not to we cant so sh*t about it. just listen plz.

Well nice post but here is a warning to you. Lose the foul language. It shows a lot of maturity when you can get your point across without it. It is unecessary and i am sure you could have still made a good argument without it.

yeah foul language like that is a sign of a fool, and ill have not much to say about you post. not because its right, but because you just plain annoy me.
to debunk you,
look at most nvidia cards, the dont support more than opengl 1.5. almost all ati cards even some older ones support opengl. so dont start there. and the cell's interface is something that a few computers already use, and there is already a linux made for it. its not too confusing at all. plus with all the middleware, what a sinch. and you and zelda seem to keep saying things other people arnt agreeing with too often. zelda can be right sometimes, but i find you to be little to nowhere correct most of the time.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

Well I look at your last posts and find you incorrect with what you say most of the time. An example of this would be a time when I found out information that a Sony employee said that nothing new will be shown on the PS3 at CES, you said this is not true but was proven to be true. There are other things aswell but i dont want to embaris you.
The only time you consider me correct is on positive's on PS3. For instance I beleive after reading and researching more information that Blue Ray will be the winner in the battle of High Definition movies. Again this is not set in stone but due to the PS3, Blue ray being released before HD-DVD and the price being $17 for a blue ray film and more support for the format (I read in a the news paper that the reason for the delay on HD-DVD is the amount of films for the format, if they where to release the format at christmas there would only be 10 films available) I can see blue ray winning the battle. For those who have bought a 360 my advice would be to not by the HD-DVD addon for HD movies but wait to see what happens and then buy the Blue Ray addon for the 360 when released.
This is what I find annoying from you anubis. I give good points on both systems and you give only negatives on 360 and positives on PS3. You may now try and rectafie this now that I have high lighted this subject.

zelda, that information was not public or told about, so you cannot blme me for that, it was an opinion since there was no fact. and ms came out and said there are no plans for a bluray drive and will most likely never happen. if it did they would further themselves as flipflopping jacka$$es. "oh yes we will include HD-DVD. oh nvm we dont want to wait for HD-DVD she here a a beta 360 for you. oh there may not be an HD-DVD drive. oh if bluray takes off we will use a bluray addon. oh wait no we hate sony and bluray so i dont think we will ever use it, we are dedicated to HD-DVD."

and to your last part zelda, i negatate the 360 because it is here and its flawed as eff, completely beta, i might even call it alpha. the ps3 as they show and tell is great, and i cant say anything bad on it cuz its not out. you understand?

i know where you are coming from anubis when you say the xbox 360 is alpha, i do not agree with you on that when it comes to the xbox 360, but thats exactly what i thought about the ps2. even the gamecube for me was beta.

it really seems alpha-like tho. look at the system itself, it includes almost nothing different. sure the premium comes with many things, but again there are periphreals that cost 20-40 dollars on average, a 20gb hdd for $100, and a wifi adapter for $100 (say a good one for pc today for 50 at compusa.
also, i saw an xbox and xbox 360 kiosk next to eachother, the xbox with halo2, and the 360 with cod2. i was sad, halo2 looks like it had come out a year earlier on the same system, meaning little difference. the only difference was shading, lighing, and some details.. i was depressed seeing little noobs enjoying the 360 and they were all "omg this is the best" i asked them and they knew nothing of the console, the ps3, or anything, just xbox. and they though nothing could ever be better. i notice almost all the fans of the xbox and 360 are completely ignorant to techknowlagy and only fall prey to the media.

anubis i think those noobs you talked to were just unbiased people who like somehting for what it is not b/c of its company or anything else.
also even you anubis must have read in an article somehwere that the launch games where rushed. you can see that by just comparing call of duty 2 with ghost recon 3.

So far you can't even rate the Ps3, so how do all of you xbox haters know how good the PS3 system will be? Zelda and truthman know more about tech. stuff than I do I look at everything realisticly, something you should try anubis and kookoo . All your statement, opinions , are slanted and bias. I know all our Info. comes from the the media but you can't believe everything you read or hear for the Xbox 360 and For the PS3. You have to keep an open mind until all the cards are delt or you will be making a narrow minded assement of both systems. Not everyone is going to like the Xbox 360, and not everyone is going to like the PS3, who cares to each their own. What really gets on my last nerve is when someone try's to force their unfounded propaganda on everyone passing it off as fact. There are some of us who are sitting on the fence, we like xbox and we like sony, there no reason we can't like both. And I was right about EA sports.

Dude, what you are implying is that since ps3 is'nt out, xbox360 wins. WTF? We base the ps3 on it's specs, not that it is out. I dont say that these are oppinions. Most of them are facts. Most of the posts I have are aout the tech specs about the ps3, how the hell is this an oppinion. Your posts however are oppinions and theories.

I know about tech but not in great detail. I find Truthman and Kookoo gains alot of information and opinion based on technical specifications in a great amount of detail. This is very good and helps in dessision's, opinions and fact.
I base my information from developer interviews and comments as well as past history and the latest news. This helps in viewing an outcome and facts as much as Kookoo and Truthman but from a different view wich works hand in hand with Kookoo's and Truthmans technical opinions.
With this I will lead onto the blue ray disscusion mentioned earlier by anubis. I mentioned blue ray as an area that I see as being the successor of HD movies I have gathered this information from articals, news and the past battle between VHS and Beta max. It has been said (please do not take this as offcial word) that Microsoft will consider a blue ray drive esspesialy if HD-DVD fails as HD format. The 360 is ment as a media hub and as a result Microsoft will make sure it has the potential with an add on to play HD films.
Moving along I found some interesting information in PC Authority disscusing how the games out now and in the next few months will only use a very very small part of the 360's power. Also I have read the new Direct X 10 demonstraitions of graphical capablitiy and how its on par with the 360.

yeah a small power of it is terms of the processor. its a decent processor but much of it goes
to waste. all those threads and cores doing nothing but sitting and building up heat. imagine
the overheating issues when more and more cores and threads are used.
