Your media most likely is the problem. If neither I nor Alkohol have heard of it, it's not quality media. Booktyping isn't going to help as long as you're using generic DVD's. You can't use DVD Shrink with PS2 games, just movies.
53. Q. What is Booktyping?
A. Booktyping is the ability to burn a DVD+R so it that appears as a pressed DVD-ROM in any DVD-ROM drive it's inserted in. If you booktype DVD+R's, this allows for greater compatibility with most stand alone DVD players, including your PS2. Your burner has to support booktyping (most newer ones do).

Quote: Well the last rebuid I made came out at 3.39GBs, But Nero 7 had an unspecified error burning. I did the same thing once more but the rebuild came out as 3.99GBs.
Still don't know what the problem is.
@ilovecake
Out of curiosity, what's the original ISO (GB) of your PAL "MATRIX PATH OF NEO" by chance? I honestly, don't know why you're getting 2 totally different ISO after rebuilding. Like I said, if followed carefully, then you should end up with only one final ISO. However, I'm in the US and I don't know how big is your PON ISO (how many GB originally).
Keep us posted with your results.

My original is 3 files. One is 3.99GBs, one is 0.376GBs and one small MDS file. Together they make 4.37GBs. The weird thing is that there is 3 files. My rebuild is the same as the 3.99GB file. The 3.39GB rebuilt file must have had an error somewhere.

Do u think there IS a patch to convert the games text into English?
Couldnt this be done by having an english translated version of the text that replaces the japanese text file within the .ISO? lol sounds difficult yes, but thats how some games are patched (my cuz did his Winning Eleven 9 that way, and it was perfect, the translation was done very well.) What dou guys think? Alkohol, Tokijin?

killah132 yes you can put the game onto ur hard drive, but u will have to extract the game first. some games come as a direct .iso file, while most come in .rar format to make downloads faster and the file size smaller. Once you have the .iso, put into the file box and send via the ethernet cable. Should be pretty fast, i was oploading at 2.8MBps the other day.

Alright girls heres what I did.
For PAL. Will work.
DVD Decrypt it,
Ultra-ISO or any extracting program to extract it,
In the PS2 folder in the main directory -> Sound, there are bunch of files. Replace all the ones that end sp or ge or it (for German, Italian, and Spanish) with a notepad file.
Rebuild with CD/DVD Gen method. (Page 3)
Burn away.
All Right.

@killah132
It's alright to be off subject a little, but make sure don't go too far, and or make sure it's not "illegal/piracy" that's all.
Not sure about hd and hdldump? Because I don't use them, maybe someone with a similar modifications will answer that for you.

@Tokijin
Good news about XENOSAGA Episode 1 (US version 7.88GB NTSC), if everything turns out right, I might add XENO in here as well.

Is it Richard or can I call you dick lol. What kind of media are you using? That guide works for 50 cent bulletproof, my personal nomination for game of the year *cough.* Yes your firmware being up to date can make a big difference.
92. Q. What is firmware and why should I care?
A. Firmware as defined by AD:
Sort of a "operating system of the hardware", an embedded instruction set built-in or flashed into a hardware equipment, such as a router, CDR drive, DVD-ROM drive, washing machine, etc.
Newer Firmware can unlock new features that are sealed on certain DVD Burners like booktyping, or simply enhance your existing Burner by improving burn quality and media compatiblility. Keeping your Firmware up to date is essential to ensure quality burns and maximum functionality from your DVD Burner. When flashing your burner with new Firmware, be very careful. Make sure you shut down all programs running in the background, the DVD-ROM drive is empty, and you follow all the directions included in the Firmware download exactly. A bad flash can fry your DVD Burner. Proceed with caution. You can find all the Firmware you'll ever need here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_all.php

I got a question, I'm playing my backup 50 cent game, USA, rebuilded it according to the guide on the first page, the game works fine, good load times, but if I buy the videoclips from the Whoo Kid character and try to play them, they wont play, must I unlock something first or what? I hope rebuilding didnt kick out the videoclips (which would actually explain cutting the game in half by rebuilding)

I can't really comment on that. However, I know for sure that the original 50CENT is 5.95GB, so maybe it's an already rebuilt version only?
If it's only 4.19GB, just burn it straight and see how it turns out.
