well we can't give direct links to the iso's friend, but please check out any torrent site, you can get any game you want off those, and go on google like i said and look up some iso sites etc.

You just picked up a week suspension for your bad attitude. Lighten up and show some respect when you come back.

Hey
I have just recently been exposed to the world gaming using backed up iso files. I went out and bought my a gig stick and i went out a bought a copy of GTA so i could downgrade from 2.5 to 1.5. I finally did that after many hours of frustraion. Now I am trying to actually play the game and i am majorally stumped on how to load them.
Here are some questins I have.
1) What loader would you recomend. Fastloader or UMD Emulator? And also can dev hook load iso files.
2) Once you have you loader working, is there any limit to which games they can play becasue of the fireware. I think Dev hook is used to get around this but I am just guessing.
3) Last, is concerning the actual iso files. What do they look like? My freind sent me one and it was in a win rar format. I tried extracting it and i got a UMD_DATA file and a PSP_GAME folrder. Are you suppose to keep it together or what? I have no sweet clue. Also I am guessing that Daxziso files are just compressed ISO files ( not sure ) Is there a speical loader for these programs and if so what is it.
I would really appreicate if someone could help me collect my thouhgts and set me straight. I think PSP's are amazing and i just want to get in on all the gaming action.
Thanks a lot - Josh

hey josh, yeah keep the iso file in that win rar format, when you extract them or put them in umd gen and get that psp_game and umd bin then you have an iso file and its all ready, also there are cso files that are more compressed than iso files. I recomend using dev hook, http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/632 thats the full download, just put the "dh" folder in the root of your ms, and put the psp game stuff in the game folder, also create a new folder in the root of your ms called, "ISO" there you will put your iso and cso files, the nice thing is if you have a cso file then your done, it doesnt need to be converted or anything. But with dev hook just put your settings at select-your iso file, mount-iso anyumd, umd firmware(must have a psp game in there to spin around even if your playing an iso/cso) 2.xx-2.00, then firmware-2.71(only choose that, you dont have the other firmwars installed even though it shows them) then cpu-222mhz,then the last stuff is just run xmb and remote controller, thats it and just go to start and your ready. Sounds confusing but its cool, you can also play umds with it without upgrading, also emulates 2.71 firmware that will give you internet with flash, etc. So after you hit start it will restart in a fake 2.71 mode and launch the game, when you want to go back to 1.5 and choose another game, just take out your battery, i hoped i helped.

you have to downgrade to 1.5
upgrade to 2.5
purchase an older GTA
install eLoader(www.fanjita.com)
install ultimate downgrader(my sig)
boot GTA, load the eLoader save, and boot the downgrader any more questions just ask
then in 1.5 install ultimate devhook(my sig) and boot the iso's

no you upgrade to 2.5 then downgrade to 1.5
You said you had 2.01, theres no downgrader for that.
So upgrade to 2.5
Then use my file in the sig then downgrade

yeah and the root of your ms is when you first plug in your psp and you get the main folders, like psp folder mp_root etc. If something needs to be in the root thats where it goes.
