I am NTL cable in dublin.
Cheapest I see with things you say is the sagem decoded for ?175, it also says "display-colour" with "no" selectable, will this have no display at all? or just the standard colour
Do any of these, or any other device allow you to get NTL broadband?
Has anybody a ebay sellers name they can verify has worked well for them?

That site has increased their prices. They now charge ?185 for refurbished avia500 Nokia with front flap and in good condition, and in debug mode..

can anyone in dublin who has got celtic tv and setanta xtra1 and xtra2 working ,give me their transponder id,frequency,symbol rate and channel service id for these channels.it would be greatly appreciated.thanks

I emailed www.dbox2.com about their odd pricing. I figured that the website programmer mixed up and put a double minus in somewhere. i.e. one unit is 140 but if you buy 10 the price increases to 154 each. I presume it should have been 14 less not more.
So I emailed them about it and they confirmed the prices are correct. I cannot see why anybody would order 10, if it is cheaper to order all 10 individually. If you ordered 50 in one go it would cost you ?3,500 more than doing it one by one!
Is there anywhere else selling these in bulk. I have bids on ebay but I am sure all of my mates will want these boxes too, so I could get a discount.

as for what others on the forum have said, check ebay, if you take in £100- 130 plus p&p you may be better off taking benif*s special.

im using your file dsleeper it fixed my dbox that was freezing its now working great.so cheers for that.its just these 2 channels wont work for me but its not the end of the world.i was just gona edit them into the services file if someone had them to see if it made a difference

flashed commando 7.5 image and copied my keys over. I got back setanta 1 and 2 using the evocam. still no celtictv tho but thats ok. i think newcamd also pics up all the chans but i was updating it and screwed it up. also i did a new service scan (set my location to dublin, bruteforce uk, fastscan on) and eurosport is coming in as eurosport, not granada men and motors.

setanta xtra 1 and 2 were off air. they are back on now celtic and rangers tv dont work but i wouldnt watch them. quesion about ppv channel what exactly is shown on that and when

to be honest i wont really be watching rangers tv lol but i would watch the celtic one so im a bit pissed that that doesnt work.sadam i presume you have 2 ppv channels like me one of which is ppv football that should be showing prem plus advertisement all the time it will show the matches that benifa listed which are all shit anyway (dont know why anyone would pay for it) and the other channel just says ppv i presume when a ppv event like a boxing match is broadcast this will show it.can anyone confirm this

illumin you should update to the new evocam as the one included in most of these amages is very old.i have found 99.9% not freezing and i think slightly crisper quality

hey lads,
I've a sagem dbox 2. I carried out a scan and it picked up all the channels on NTL (Dublin) but for at least 40 of them I'm getting feck all picture.
I tried dropping in the services.xml from the link in this thread but all I get is an on screen error message. Also tried the info in that 'dbox freezing' link but that didn't work either.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated?
