OH, then one who knows what he is talking about is truthman. WE constantly critisize eachother.lol, and then when i got my point why rsx or w.e is better, he counters it after a couple days, then i counter his after a couple of days. And then we get in huge arguements, then its like were buds after. LOl, anyways..
(I dont think i make anything of him, only when im frustrated, somtimes our arguements get real real bad, but for the fanboys, i just make fools out of them...i like doing that.

well what it is, is that i am normall when it come sto playing games i play games on all platforms, i have all platforms its just that i am drawn towards debaites even when i know i know nothing about them, and then i see myself slowly turn into a fanboy in the course of this debait, lol.
i do beleive that i am a gamer though and i do think that xbox 360 will service but thats b/c i love live and i love fps (mainly halo 2)

im trying to dispel the hype over halo. it is not the god game to pwn them all, so dont treat it that way.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

Try as you might if people find Halo to be a good game then you cant change peoples minds on that.
Like I dont particulaly like Final Fantasy but I cant say, ' i like Star Wars knights of the old republic better than Final Fantasy' and expect everyone to say 'yeah he is right lets all hate Final Fantasy' LOL. You are a very commited fanboy.

Why hate halo so much? Its a decent game. Its not my fav game but it still does it. Even if i did hate halo, i owuld still say 360 has an advantage over the ps3 because of halo. (not saying that halo is the 360's only advantage}
Even when i stated the 10 reasons why 360 is good, and included halo, you were like BLAH BLAH BLAH halo sucks. But you've never played halo 3, but you still say its bad. Never have a said that all final fantasy gamess are good. Stop this now, before more people than zelda will critisize you.
Zelda doesnt like FF, but im pretty sure he knows that many many people like it, just like how many many people love halo.
Zelda, mabey you should try ff12 when it comes out in AUG. Its not like the traditional ff games. You dont command them, by like "attack"blk mgc wht mgc" But you actually attack th em by running up and pressing X or w.e. I forgot what genre this game is. But its still RPG, but different. Watch some videos of it. But remember that the game was played on a high resolution screen that the ps2 cant handle. resulting bad gameplay graphics. Im sure if played on a 27 inch, it would look real nice.

As you know I have played 3 Final Fantasy games.
The reasons to why I dont like them are
The Japanese theme in some of them (although this isnt a big deal and I know its part of the game as its develpoped in Japan)
You run along and out of the blue from no where you will fight a enemy. You dont know where you are and I dont want to explore because any where you run another enemy appears from no where.
I dont mind the turned based attacks as I like games like Hero's of Might and Magic (a very good game).
There are a few other reasons that I cant think of right now.
If these are gone in Final Fantasy 12 then I might give it a try and see if my view changes.
What anubis done was asking for a retaliation which I tryed not to give. But as you say I cant go and say Final Fantasy is rubbish if I dont like it but loads of other people do. I wont change thier minds either.

Lol, but they got amazing story lines though. In ff12, you dont just run arround and then bang, monster. You actually see the monster without the whole bang\clash+song. LOL. Although you still run arround and adventure\explore.
I think ff12 is more of an adventure\rpg\fantasy, than an orignal rpg\fantasy.

yeah i have to admit ff has my voe for the best story lines.

so.. i was wonering why people wre like "wtf why do you need seven contollers, and 7 usb ports."
well do they think that maybe the people want alot of features?
heres an example
4x BT controllers
1x BT mouse
1x BT keyboard
1x BT headset
1x USB hd-ip camera
3x USB other headsets.
1x USB flash drive
1x USB external drive.
1x USB external cd-dvd burner (for use with linux only)
kinda overdoing it but oh well. that would be using to the fullest extent

ANUBIS the games you mesntioned are great games but they lack the killer app for me, if i did not have xbox live than i would most probably say the same about halo 2.
i played some ff did not really like it, all my friends love it, do not know why, the film had really good graphics,lol.

Sony has always been in the entertainment industry. Even before video games. They know how to draw consumers to their market. Their products will always be designed around us consumers. Microsoft has just begun to explore it the last couple years and has less experience. Everyone who owns a Microsoft product has a complaint of some sort. Their products have never really had consumers in mind. Basically they develop what they want, the way they want it, with the consumer out of the picture. One example, Bill Gates is an atheist and wants God taken out of everything, so his Xbox 360 bans God on xbox live. This issue is very important to me and I'll be trading my 360 in for a PS3 if they don't change their policy soon, since I can't get my money back. Sony cares about their consumers and they know exactly how to draw all types of consumers to their market. Microsoft will beat Gamecube, but they'll never touch Sony. Also, 2/3 of the 360's sent to Japan are still sitting on the shelves. What does that tell you?

How much does xbox360 sell for?
400$?
How much does it cost to make?
Well according to this article, its cost 725 to make, and they are selling it 125$ loss
Do the math.
725-125=600$.
What do we know? The xbox 360 sells for 400$.NOT 600$. So this article is wrong.
And another point, if the 360 looses 300$, you wont believe how bankruppt they would get to. They would loose like billions.
I've told you before that dont believe everything you read.

say they sold 5 million xbox360's, that cost 725$ to make durring the first year.
300$ at lost for each.
How much do they loose?
300 x 5 000 000 = 1.5billion
Now they expect xbox360 to sell, how many? 14million in the first year? Yea, even more proof that this article is wrong.

As much as i agree with kookoo on the fact that the ps3 is going to be better than the xbox360, i can bet that m$ is not going to end up bankrupt.
Although they are losing $125 per xbox360, m$ also added in the amount of games the average user is going to buy. And since games cost very little to produce, m$ will end up with a profit.

basically kookoo i did not really totaly beleive it i just wanted to show you so that you knew that there actually was an article out there that said this and that i did not just make it up.
also they make money by games and other stuff like live and downloadable content.
when i bought my xbox 360 i got the premium system, with a wireless network adapter, four games, 2 more controllers, xbox live, a memory card and a vga cable and i will be buying DOA4 soon.
by the end of 2006 i would have gicen them a fare amount of money
also i know i know nothing about the price of the blu ray and stuff but even so the ps3 could not possibly be cheaper than the xbox 360.

I said they would go bankrupt if they sell at 300$ loss. Not 126$ loss. Ps3 is also going to sell at like a 150$ loss.But durring a year, the cost to make the ps3 & 360 is going to drop alote, and they are still going to sell the consols for the same ammount.
