I heard that too. I think we'll have alot of post launch titles. Sony's trying to avoid the common new console desaster where well into the third month new titles just trickle in. This is especially a danger for 4th quarter launches because we know the following 1st quarter is usually a slow period

ohhh yeah the urge of buying something new is so overwelming, especially if your saving up. Alright guys I have a question:
For this coming christmas Im planning on buying a new console but I cant decide which to get first, an xbox 360 or a PS3? Im a fan of both brands.
Im sure Ill be getting both in the future so should I buy an xbox 360 first and next year a PS3?
what do you guys think

Ok fine here's the calm version get ps3 first you might just enjoy it sooooooo much that your mind will be taken off another console and you can use the money you would have spent on it to buy ps3 games

for ps3 there is more fighting,rpg,fps,adventure...etc games that they hav,and for other consoles they dont hav these cool games MGS,final fantasy games
so think about wat i'd said (i'm not forcing u to by ps3)think u hav plenty of time to sit back and think which will be ur next gen console ^_^

I posted this exact same question in the xbox 360 forrums and the answere I got was, buy xbox 360.
Then I posted it in the nintendo wii forums and the answere I got was buy a wii.
either way Im going to end up getting both consoles so *thinks for a while* hmmmm.....*concentrates harder* almost, almost.....Damn. *pounds his fist into the desk* man I still cant make up my mind.
I guess Ill buy a Wii.

i am he who knows he knows. im mean what have i done with my life since fall of last year? um, afterdawn and the console war. i dont minds either system. if i could have an xbox id get one, but i will never own a 360. from everything ive collected, it is inefficient, its slowwww, dvd is limiting, no hdmi support, the ram has to be accessed thru the gpu to the cpu (slowing down graphics calcs and other calcs), widespread overheating problems, low bandwidth controllers, general purpose that the system doesnt even use when they use it for a "strong point", a slighly lower graphics card, and they are so full of themselves being so sure the 360 dominates the ps3 for anything.

I aggree.I have been around here long enough to have seen this with my own two eyes.
360 fanboys just say it's better,it's so much better. They never say what's better or what they're basing their opinions off of.They also rarely have links and like to pull from old or non-legit sources.They love to post bad news about ps3 around every corner but never good news.I also think they are more company oriented everythings ms ms ms...
ps3 fanboys generally have facts and links to back them up.They don't come accross crazy and not as much into the company that makes the console but are into the actual console itself.I'm not saying we don't have occasional moments of stupidity.

exactly. they usually are all ms, like my friends friends matt.. but i changed him, and
convinced him throught all the knowlage ive built up with time that ms is not the way to go in
this console war or the next. i usually always post good about the ps3, not much bad.
because when bad things come out, all they are are some flame slarting rumors that end up
never really being tru, and if they are never effecting me as a consumer.
and we all have our moments of stupidity..

I can't speak as far as next console but the time around it's not smart to go with the beta 360 lol.
What's so crazy about that though?
Every site Ive been to has a way to close your account.I looked for a help button and didn't find any so I searched and still nothing.I was just wondering how to close my account lol.
I don't want a bunch of trouble because of me.This is a good forum and if it's better without me then I would do it.Besides he already has another account where he's trying to work up a post count to come back here and promote ms.
