No it won;t get delayed the hardware is a bit too simple to hold them up. I also heard that it almost like developing on the GC so the software guys shouldn't have a hold up either

I seriously doubt wii will get delayed and in all honesty ps3 would probably get delayed before wii.

yeah wii, one night you wake up thinking i wonder when the wii is even gonna come out (if they get to that stage),and then the next morning wake up and wtf you look in your local game (if yoru sad enough to go everyday),, and the wiiss on clearout sale.

wii will be released november the same time the ps3 is released.I dunno if it's worth $250 though it sounds cheap but nintendo won't release the specs! many think it's only as powerful as xbox 1.Plus games at 60 bucks.

Oh come on cut nintendo some slack. They were highly critized when people saw the ds but once they go their hands on it then some many people loved it and it's quite sucessful now. It's still out selling psp atleast

Actually the ds was quite hyped.It had cutting edge hardware.That's not the case with wii.But I think nintendo will soon be just in the handheld market anyways if wii doesn't turn out.

Yeah, the hardware IS too simple to be delayed and Sony is still having problems with their console so i wouldn't be suprized if they did have a delay or some kind of big glitch if they rush it like MS did with the 360.

THe official word from nintendo is it will be released in the fourth quarter 2006.
That is anwhere from september to december. Pricing and release date is to be revealed before september.

I see the "Wii" console that nintendo has now as their last console.
They should stick to handhelds area.
Nintendo is flopping badly in the last years on the console market.
