dvd+r are supposed to be a little bit better for video, and dvd-r are supposed to be a little bit better for audio, the -r/-rw have about 10 more mgbs on them, just a tiny bit more compared to the 4 gigs. anyway, so for games, it really doesn't matter

Ok i used dvd decrypter to burn fifa 06 and i did MODE>ISO>READ and i got 2 files, a .mdf(4.37GB) and a .mds(5KB) file. Now i burned the game using MODE>ISO>WRITE and it burned fine. the game works fine only up until the match is about to start on the loading screen but then it freezes and it stays frozen. What am i doing wrong?

p.s. I'm using Maxell DVD-R @ 4X, and i have an LG DL burner with the latest firmware.

my other questions is that how come i dont get a .iso file when i extract from the cd using dvd decrypter? its always a .mdf and a .mds file

looks like im taking the place of Tokijin in this thread. Weeee! lol

@angel992

The .Mds file is an extension of the Iso file. They are both the same. If you chooose the ISO, it will burn the ISO. If you burn the MDS, it will burn the ISO. So either/or.

This is a guide to rebuild 50 Cent Bulletproof. Its basically the same if your using Alcohol 120. Instead of an ISO, you will have a MDF, MDF will recognize is ISObuster. no worry.

@sarge

you need to patch the MDF/ISO with a FIfa patch witch can be found here

http://www.freewebs.com/ggfr/FifaStreet2-pal_ntsc-iso-patcher.zip

Instructions:

1.extract FifaStreet2-pal_ntsc-iso-patcher.exe to .ISO directory
2.press "readme"
3.press "Browse..", select the iso file.
4.press "Scan".
5.press "ntsc patch" or "pal patch".
6.all done.
7.same iso size.
