You have AVI SYNTH installed already mate, you got it with PSPvideo9.
All it is, is a script made with notepad.
EG:
loadplugin("C:\Documents and Settings\pc-user\My Documents\Useful Shit\DGINDEX\DGDecode.dll")
video = mpeg2source("C:\Documents and Settings\pc-user\My Documents\My Videos\SkeletonKey.d2v")
audio = wavSource("C:\Documents and Settings\pc-user\My Documents\My Videos\SkeletonKey T01 3_2ch 384Kbps 48KHz.wav")
AudioDub(video, audio)
AmplifydB(15,15)
AssumeFPS(24.000)
LanczosResize(416,176) # Lanczos (Sharp)
Sharpen(0.1)
ConvertToYV12()
Tweak(sat=1.6, bright=17, cont=1.1)
Now your file paths may be different to mine, so you may have to change them.
If your on MSN it would make this handier.

I finally got DVD Decrypter to make the movie into one file for my PSP, but I don't even have enough room with all the stuff deleted off my PSP memory stick. Is there anyway to make it fit. I think my memory card is 260MB. Do I need to go buy a bigger card?

You could buy a bigger card or suffer with poor visual quailty and encode at a very low bitrate.

That was done at a bitrate of 400kbps, its a fast paced action sequence, but i think you,ll agree its agood encode. (I hope!) lol.
Am sorting out a package for you now.

thanks dude..:) ive previewed it cool..:) hahah..:) i aslo notice u have that extension file.. in using super c i dont copy use any extension files just drag and drop the mp4 file.. i use 300+ bitrate.. 24 fps its good i copied a chinese film.. i can still read the subtitle.. and put in mind the subtitle is white like in the sequence in austin powers where the words in the subtitle are lost when theres a white object... haha so its quite good really..:)

But your doing it the worst possible way, you really shouldnt encode straight from the dvd or VOB file. The process i use to get that good of encode is splitting the audio from the video, convert audio using an app called BEHAPPY which uses AVI SYNTH SCRIPT to encode, so i can make the volume louder (youve heard of people complaining about the volume of the PSP,s speakers).
Using DGINDEX i make a D2V file, create an .AVS file, encode using MeGUI and X264.

its kind of complicated dude.. i mean.. how can you see or distinguish the video file? if its a VCD file for exaple.. it only has oone file...

Yes its one file, but it has two tracks, an audio an video track.
It may sound complicated but its well worth knowing, i,ll put money on it that if you encoded the same movie clip with SUPER (C) it wouldnt come out as smooth as an encode done with MeGUI and X264.
SUPER (C) is good at encoding any file that, say, PSPvideo9 cant, but thats not to say it makes better encodes.
But if your happy with it, stay with it mate.
You,ll just be missing out on the best encodes of your life! ;D

I just made a movie from a DVD to the PSP and the movie looks good but the audio is slightly off. Why is that? Is there a setting in PSP Video 9?

When I said slightly off I meant that there is a delay in sound when people speak. Turning up the volume will remove the sound delay?

I used DVD Decrypter to make the ISO file and then use PSP Video 9 to convert.

No. I used 15fps. Is that why there is a delay in the sound?
