ever since i upgraded to 5.0m33 ive had nothing but problems as far as popsloader goes. I used to be able to play my Breath of Fire IV np with no glitches or anything. After i install this and play it i cant get passed the Playstation logo. Whats worse is other games through pops cant even start. I used to only have up to 3.72 pops. after i updated it i had up to 4.01 but the moment i tried to use it, it froze up. Im at complete confusion what to do. Any help?

Now when I click on a game to open it, they all cant open and give me the error (800200E5). Its drviing me insane now games that worked on my normal 5.00 M33 firmware no longer work and i cant play any PSX games help :(

Try to enter the M33 setup and check if no-umd driver is set to M33 driver, else it won`t work if set to normal. ;) plugins also must be enabled from M33 setup in order to use the pops.

Ok i have done this for sure. This is the werid part when i disable pops and try turning a PSX game the ones that did work now work, and the ones that dont work but require an earlier firmware work up until the playstation logo. I did what you said but its still tripping out.

^ Have you put the pops files inside the "popsloader" folder ???
Also, those which which previously did not work and work now is because they're supported with the current firmware you're running on your PSP ^^
And for those which require an earlier firmware to run on, the popsloader was made for this reason ^^

Can someone PLEASE help me??! No one helps on other forums, I've updated to 5.00 M33-6, used tons of Popsloader 5.00's from different links, but NOTHING works!!! I'm getting SO EFFING PISSED OFFF!!!!!
So, I followed this tutorial (http://www.pspmod.com/forums/psp-sof...ion-guide.html) until the end where it says to go into the recovery menu, and enable POPS. I've done everything correct so far, but I don't understand why I don't see even see Popsloader in the plugins menu, it's just not there, so I am unable to enable it, it's pissing me right the f-word off!!!
Does anyone know what is going on? I really just want to play FFIX!!!

if popsloader is not showing under plugins in the recovery menu then your forgetting to add it to pops.txt in the seplugins folder.

Well, when in the memory stick option, press "triangle" and then go to "information" and check out whether Magic Gate is supported or not >.>
Well, since it's EB games, the probability of being fake is less but still lets be on the safer side ^^
Oh and do answer the remaining questions I asked ^^
@ KagePakun

add "ms0:/SEPLUGINS/popsloader.prx" to your pops.txt in the seplugins folder, make sure you have all the needed firmware files in /seplugins/popsloader/ and that popsloader.prx is in /seplugins/ then when you save pops.txt restart the psp and goto the recovery menu and enable popsloader in the recovery menu.
if you are on the lastest custom firmware i have a pre-made popsloader pack in my signature with everything you need.

Also, can someone tell me why I keep seeing this guy for my saved data utility icons for my customized PSX eboots instead of what I actually put there?

Explanation of icon issue:
In 3.80 pops, Sony has introduced a bug that causes a crash when the icon of the pbp is not 80×80,
like those of psstore. To resolve the issue, M33 was replacing the icon in ram by the one with Dracuala image,
what caused the side effect of ps1 save games having Dracula icon.
Now the behaviour in 3.80 M33-2 is to replace the icon in ram only if the one in the file is not 80×80.

OK,so the menu works now, but the screen is just black after the sony intro. Does this mean my game rip is a problem, because, now that I think about it I don't think it works on my playstation.

hold R shoulder button when loading the psx game to get to the popsloader menu again and change the pops firmware version to one that works, read here for help on finding which pops firmwares work best with what games http://www.gamerspress.com/index.php?tit...patibility_List
if that still doesn't work then yea it could have been a bad .iso rip or bad eboot conversion.

Never mind, my iso was bad. Thanks for all your help, I'm so happy now, btw, how would I go about changing discs? Do I just do the same thing and continue? Or is it something more complicated?

@ KagePakun
as long as the psx eboot's for each disc have the same game id then you can load the last save for the beginning of the next disc with the next eboot however some games save on the previous disc and need you to switch disc so to do that you have to make a muli disc eboot and have all discs in one eboot and then use the switch discs option when you press the home button, i can't remeber the best programs to make multi disc eboots but you can check www.pspiso.com for some that have already been done.
@ Yugo399
make sure your up to 5.00 m33-2 atleast or update all the way to m33-6 and download the popsloader pack in my signature, it may fix the problems you having.
