I didnt do any of my hacking, so might sound dumb, i dont know how to update anything, :(
But its definetly worth a shot man, thx
Can u give any details on how to do what u asked?

^ It's easy ^^
You already have 5.00m33 as your firmware right ??? :)
Download THIS file and after extracting the file, you'll get a folder named "UPDATE"
Juz copy and paste that folder in your ms0:\PSP\GAME\ folder of your PSP ^^
Then run it and you'll be updated to 5.00m33-6 ^^

Remember that Dracula we were talking about? If I'm already some hours into the game and I wanna change it, what do I do? Convert it again and choose another icon0? Will that delete my file or anything?

^ Changing the icon0 most probably shouldn't affect the savegames ^_^

I'll update the guide ^^
Also, since the 5.00 is the latest popsloader, there's no need for extracting the 5.00 firmware pops >.>

what pops would work well with megaman legends 2? ive practically tried each one and the game still freezes on one specific part >. < help!

See the PSX to PSP compatibility list : HERE
They haven't got it to run on the PSP yet :(
But well, this seems to have caught my atention
"PSP Slim 5.00 m33-3 eboot created using PSX2PSP v1.4.2. everything seems 2 be fine and well tested... -phantomrenegade-"
Try making the eboot.pbp with PSX2PSP v1.4.2. and try it out on your "original from flash" pops ^^

How do i update my psp from 5.00M33 to 5.00M33-6
And another thing is i only got folders for popsloader from the first version up to 4.01 or something is that alright or do i need all of them

@acidy: yes ive tried that but when it reaches 100%, the prog sorta hangs and my computer says that the program isnt responding and prompts me to end it. >.< i tried using the eboot created from this but it still freezes at the same point. :( i also considered using PSX2PSPv.1.3. with no luck.

Can someone help me please? I have a psp 4.01m33-2 firmware and I have popsloader 3.8v2. My question is how am I supposed to play a game on Custom Firmware 3.9 or 3.8? My highest choice is 3.72. Please help me out someone....

^ Well, most of the games that work on 3.80/3.90 pops works fine with 4.01 pops and those which don't work may work on it too ^^
But then again there is a chance that some of them won't work on 4.01 >.>
Well, 3.72 pops is the max on the popsloader that works on 4.01
You'll have to update your PSP to 5.00m33-6 firmware are then use the 5.00 popslaoder ^^

hello my problem is that I cannot get the menu to come up to play Persona. This is strange because I did it ages ago to play Final Fantasy VIII and Soul Reaver, but it will not work anymore.
I know i have the plugin enabled, any ideas what im doing wrong here? It is the same memory stick I've been using since I got the psp and flashed pandora, what could be wrong?

did upgrade cfw i did my popsloader stoped working right. u may need upgarde it i redownlaod this one 5.00 M33-4 popsloader

Uh...I know that this is a very noobish question but it has been bothering me for awhile. Alright, here goes...what does original from flash mean at the popsloader selection screen? Please someone just tell me, it's really bothering me.

the original flash is just whatever the current firmware you have installed is and consequently the latest firmware to run the pops firmware with.

A problem,I upgrade my firmware from 4.01 to 5.00m33-2.I play digimon world 3 and it works in 4.01 but when I upgrade,the game can't load.
So,I upgrade the popsloader too but still the same.I have enabled it and select 3.71 to run the game...Help!

You'll have to manually dump the 4.01 pops files as my "lazy" method download doesn't have the 4.01 pops files [Will update it as soon as I get time]
